Even things, that we were expecting to be little uncomfortable (like walking 2km from agency to our apartment with bags) were solved fast and even without asking anything. Luca - our personal favorite - drove us straight to the apartment by his car, and even took us back at the end of our vacation. Everything we just wanted to ask were predicted and solved just before asking, so we got help with everything we need without even asking, he just offered help with everything, even ordered a taxi for us. Our apartment was nice and clean, everything was working, even AC was unexpectedly really good one. We spent 10 minutes in total with this agency, the work with check-in and check-out was really fast and we didn't spend a lot time on formal procedures, like it is usually in other agencies. Also the price has been really nice and much cheaper than bnb and booking services. Special thanks to Luca, he is very kind and attentive to the details. I would recommend this agency undoubtedly and come back again next year!

Alessandro is cool! The discount card was very useful as we used it many times...especially for groceries.
