Und, was noch seltener ist: er antwortet immer sofort (schläft der Mann denn nie??); Christian arbeitet mit Fingerspitzengefühl; er findet die Balance zwischen höflicher Erinnerung, Hinweis auf Fristen u. Ämterbürokratie, und vermeidet dabei allzu großen Makler-Druck.
Bei ihm ist man in guten und vertrauensvollen Händen.

If anyone deserves the 5 stars, it's Christian. Professional, knowledgeable, attentive, excellent German, and much more. always available! And, what is even rarer: he always answers immediately (doesn't the man ever sleep??); Christian works with finesse; he finds the balance between polite reminders, reference to deadlines and official bureaucracy, while avoiding excessive broker pressure.
