★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Agentur hat viele Wohnungen in Lignano Sabbiadoro.
Ich habe den Fehler gemacht, die falsche Wohnung über Airbnb zu buchen, 10 Minuten nach der Reservierung habe ich meinen Fehler erkannt (ich wollte eine Wohnung mit Waschmaschine). Die Inmobilien Artemare haben so viele Wohnungen dort, dass ich die falsche gewählt habe.
Also habe ich sie angerufen und ihnen meinen Irrtum mitgeteilt, nur 10 Minuten nach der Reservierung, und sie haben mir die höchsten Stornierungsgebühren in Rechnung gestellt, d.h. sie nahmen die Mietzahlung und gaben mir einfach die Servicegebühr zurück.
Diese 10 Minuten kosteten mich also 190 US-Dollar. Ich sprach mit ihnen, sogar Airbnb service sprach mit ihnen auch, aber sie haben mir mein Geld nicht zurück gegeben. Diese 10 Minuten kosteten sie keine Schäden oder Verluste, aber sie behielten das Geld, und ich fühlte mich einfach beraubt.
Dies ist ein sehr einfacher Weg, um Geld zu stehlen !!!
This agency has many apartments in Lignano Sabbiadoro.
I made the mistake of booking the wrong apartment through Airbnb, 10 minutes after making the reservation I realized my mistake (I wanted an apartment with a washing machine). Artemare properties have so many apartments there that I chose the wrong one.
So I called them and told them my mistake just 10 minutes after I made the reservation and they charged me the highest cancellation fees i.e. they took the rental payment and just gave me the service charge back.
So those 10 minutes cost me $ 190. I talked to them, even Airbnb service talked to them too, but they didn't give me my money back. Those 10 minutes didn't cost them any damage or loss, but they kept the money and I just felt deprived.
This is a very easy way to steal money !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat alles gut geklappt, Kaution wurde unproblematisch zurück erstattet. Nur die Tiefgarage zu unserem Appartement war mit unserem Fahrzeug nicht befahrbar. Ein Hinweis vorab wäre sinnvoll, zumal die Wohnung für 6 bis 8 Personen ausgelegt ist. Ansonsten war alles bestens
Everything went well, deposit was easily refunded. Only the underground car park to our apartment was not passable with our vehicle. A note in advance would be useful, especially since the apartment is designed for 6 to 8 people. Otherwise everything was fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento fatiscente e sporco, del tutto inadatto ad ospitare un bimbo piccolo soprattutto se in procinto di gattonare (avevamo avvisato di avere una bimba piccola). Assenza totale di professionalità e capacità di capire il cliente da parte della proprietaria.
Dilapidated and dirty apartment, completely unsuitable to accommodate a small child especially if in the process of crawling (we had advised that we have a small child). Total lack of professionalism and ability to understand the customer on the part of the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavo urgentemente un appartamento per un'amica con delle caratteristiche specifiche e sono entrata in questa agenzia. Rita, la titolare, oltre che gentile e disponibile, è stata velocissima e nel giro di un paio d'ore ho potuto scegliere tra più di un'offerta, tutte con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Non posso che lasciare un commento più che positivo.
I was urgently looking for an apartment for a friend with specific characteristics and I entered this agency. Rita, the owner, as well as being kind and helpful, was very fast and within a couple of hours I was able to choose from more than one offer, all with good value for money. I can only leave a more than positive comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella ma sarebbe già troppo avuto esperienza cn condominio Eva pieno di ragnatele mancava solo l uomo ragno bagno tutto scrostato camera se così si può chiamare senza clima e senza finestre . Titolare agenzia arrogante e presuntuoso neanche venire a vedere l alloggio come è ridotto .esperienza bruttissima vi auguro di nn avere mai a che fare cn questa agenzia oltretutto l alloggio nn costa poco in tutto ciò la mia caparra c è l hanno ancora loro .
I put a star but it would have already been too much experience cn condominium Eva full of cobwebs only missing the spider man bathroom all peeling room if you can call it without climate and without windows. Arrogant and presumptuous agency owner not even come to see the accommodation as it is reduced. Very bad experience I wish you never to have anything to do with this agency plus the accommodation does not cost little in all this my deposit is still there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this agency for no one. Bad aggressive management, they need to learn more how to treat a customer, very disgraceful. All they care is to force you pay everything in advance even before entering the flat, no other agency dose that. No wonder! Most of their flats are low rated, old, dirty & old broken furniture, worth not the money they are asking for. Flat owners do not renovate their flats!
If you don’t pay the rent on the day of arrival for whatever any reason, the agency manager/owner immediately threaten you by calling the police! Very strange !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty dirty 50 year old apartments. We paid, the money was not returned. They said they thought everything was beautiful. They pierce, pull down, distasteful worms. Don't book here! It was all a disappointment. We are still fighting for our money. I do not recommend to anyone!
