La nostra villa e stata riservata a altri clienti dopo che ho pagato da Marzo, dopo che ho accettato una altra offerta questa villa non ha aqua calda e nessuno non vuole riparare questa. Nostro posto e ombrellone sulla spiaggia, ho stato riservato lo stesso, un posto per due clienti, e lo cambiato due volte con un altto molto male di primo. E una Agenzia con problemi, e non trovi persone Gentile con qui poi parlare. Non raccomando riservare viaggi con questa dita.
 A finger with many communication problems. Our villa was reserved for other customers after I paid in March, after I accepted another offer, this villa has no hot water and nobody wants to repair this. Our place and umbrella on the beach, I was reserved the same, a place for two customers, and changed it twice with a very bad first. It's an agency with problems, and you can't find people who are nice to talk to here. I don't recommend booking trips with this finger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Auf Fragen erhält man sehr schnell eine Antwort.
Allerdings habe ich eine Villa mit Pool für 6 Tage um 2150.-- € gemietet und mir da ein gelüftetes Haus und einen einigermaßen gepflegten sauberen Garten erwartet. Wobei auch noch zu Bedenken ist, dass der An- und der Abreisetag nicht wirklich genutzt werden kann. Kaputte Liegen und Wasser am Balken habe ich auch nicht erwartet.

However, I rented a villa with pool for 6 days at 2150 .-- € and me as a ventilated house and a reasonably well maintained clean garden expected. Although also to be concerned that the arrival and the departure day can not really be used. Broken beach chairs and water on the beam, I did not expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo zusammen ich wollte mich mal über die Agentur an bisschen zusammen erzählen. Wir waren 2019 Juni eine Woche in Urlaub welche wir eine appartementen von die Agentur gebucht hätten und nur die Probleme gehabt hätten. Essen sind sehr gekommen am Sonntag wo ist der Wifi nicht funktioniert hätte was wir bis zum nächsten Tag bis um 9 Uhr warten sollten bis die Agentur auf ist. Zweiten Tag war der Gasflasche leer wo wir nicht kochen könnten müsste ich wieder bis zum 9 Uhr nächsten Tagen warten bis die Gasflasche gebracht wird. Dritten Tag hätten wir Stromausfall gehabt weil wir auch mal warten müssen bis jemand kommt und wieder mal uns Strom gibt. Vierten Tag war der wifi wieder weg wo wir angerufen hätten und die Frau uns mitgeteilt hätte das wahrscheinlich WiFi begrenzt ist aber in den Beschreibung wo ich das Appartament eingebucht hätte standest gar nichts mal drin. Auch hätten wir bis zum letzten Tagen ohne Wifi geblieben. Auch hätte ich viel mal mehr erwartet von dem Wohnung wo wir 640 € bezahlt hätten sie eine Woche ich sag es weil wir letztes Jahr waren von anderer Agentur wo wir die Hälfte bezahlt hätten zu kleine Wohnung welche hundertmal besser war und ohne irgendwelche Probleme. Auch waren die ganze Zeit Ameisen drin überall ich füge auch mal paar Bilder ein rein zu machen einfach ein bisschen aufpassen und nicht diesen Wohnung buchen lassen,auch diese Reisebüro nicht empfehlen.
Hello everybody I wanted to talk about the agency. We were in 2019 June a week in vacation which we would have booked an appartementen from the agency and only had the problems. Food arrived very much on sunday where is the wifi not working which we should wait until the next day until 9am until the agency is up. Second day the gas bottle was empty where we could not cook I would have to wait until 9 o'clock next days until the gas bottle is brought. Third day we had power failure because we also have to wait until someone comes and again gives us electricity. Fourth day was the wifi back where we called and the woman would have told us probably the WiFi is limited but in the description where I booked the apartment would stand nothing at all. Also we would have stayed until the last days without Wifi. Also, I would have expected much more from the apartment where we would have paid € 640 a week I say it because last year we were from another agency where we would have paid half to small apartment which was a hundred times better and without any problems. Also, the ants were in there all the time I also add some pictures to make it easy to take care a bit and do not book this apartment, also do not recommend this travel agency.

-Check out: had to wait 30 min in the queue literally just to drop the keys. They could write somewhere that people who are checking out could drop the key in the post, it will be much easier
-Friendly personal, speak fluent German and English?
