Al telefono non rispondono, o rispondono spesso in modo seccato, o peggio fanno finta di non sentire e quindi abbassano dopo aver risposto. All'ufficio, la giovane signora che sta all'ingresso per "smistare" la clientela ai vari sportelli (e che forse è la stessa che a volte risponde al telefono) è poco gentile e a volte si assenta a lungo. E almeno con me l'addetto alle volture catastali ha avuto un tono arrogante e mi ha dato informazioni sbagliate. Forse gli altri reparti funzionano meglio, ma almeno la mia esperienza finora è stata del tutto negativa. I've been there a few times, for a succession. Vado con tutti i documenti da loro richiesti e non vanno bene!! La colpa è mia perché ho telefonato invece di andare di persona a chiedere cosa serve! Mi chiedo perché abbiano un telefono per ufficio! Per prenotare il parrucchiere o la manicure? Personale sgorbutico, altezzoso e fortemente maleducato. Ricevono con i musi lunghi e molto seccati. Non fate domande perché possono fare solo una cosa per volta!! Per fare una richiesta bisogna insistere perché non ascoltano; quando finalmente si riesce a penetrare la cortina di fumo che avvolge il loro cervello si accorgono che avete una richiesta sensata. Ti é tuttavia permesso di perdere qualche minuto ad ascoltare la voce automatica che non ti porterà da nessuna parte! Questa é la burocrazia "Italian Style" che ci rende unici al mondo. Complimenti!
