L'addetto all'accoglienza gentilissimo, cortese, preparato, mi ha subito indicato quale ticket prendere, fosse per lui, darei 5 stelle!!! Ma la persona che poi era allo sportello pessima, indisponente, poco gentile..sembrava fosse lì x farmi un favore. Insomma un sorriso o una parola gentile, certe volte non costano nulla e valgono tanto!!! I went to the offices in via Roma this morning. Mandano cartelle già pagate ( nei tempi previsti) nella p.e.c. eppoi ti dicono che invece di farti un viaggio per chiarire di persona potevi inviare una pec , si ,e n'altra... Luglio 2020, epoca Covid... tutte gli sportelli della PA sono a regime tranne il catasto di grosseto che rimane aperto un giorno a settimana non permettendo al mio geometra di poter esplicare una pratica rischiando di far saltare una compravendita. Assenti anche via email. The number shown is non-existent, therefore it is impossible to contact them by phone.
