★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretendete che uno svolga tutto online e non vi degnate neanche di aggiornare gli orari sul sito. Uno deve venire in loco sotto il sole a perdere tempo per scoprire che adesso nei due pomeriggi previsti l'agenzia è chiusa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un totale disfacimento, pessimo servizio. Per districarsi tra i messaggi occorre essere: segretario, commercialista e chi più ne ha, più ne metta. Altro che riforma e semplificazione della pubblica amministrazione, occorre azzerare tutto. La loro filosofia, probabilmente è " meno capisce l'utenza, meglio è per noi". Che delusione, svegliamoci.
