But why is there a timetable on the Revenue Agency's website and then another? and maybe you got 150 km and find yourself closed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passato due volte a chiedere informazioni e in nessuno dei casi mi è stata data una risposta coerente con la richiesta e comunque due risposte diverse. Ne sa più la signora all'ingresso che gli impiegati alla scrivania.
Insoddisfatto
I have passed twice to ask for information and in none of the cases I have been given an answer consistent with the request and in any case two different answers. The lady at the entrance knows more than the employees at the desk.
