My job requires careful organization to maximize efficiency, so with a very trained mindset I can say that the ER lives in total chaos. The result is obvious, interminable waits, disregarded procedures, irritated rude staff, poor quality of performance.

Abandon all hope ye who enter here! It is truly outrageous! Endless expectations, total chaos, complete absence of organization and emergency management. Let it be clear the operators do what they can, the problem is upstream, but it is not normal to wait 8 hours for 6 stitches on a blade wound! I hate to say it, but if this is to be the service better to close it, you can't improvise with people's health !!!

We got with a child (a child of a year and a month) on the ambulance from Porto San Giorgio with a suspicion of a broken arm in the wrist (code yellow). We were on the beach, called an ambulance from the nearest cafe, the ambulance arrived five to ten minutes later. Strange as it may seem, during this time both onlookers and cafe workers actively helped us: they brought ice from two nearby restaurants at once, a saleswoman from a nearby shop took our two bicycles and things under protection. So while the ambulance was on its way, everyone tried to help us somehow. Since we were two adults and two children, the ambulance workers contacted the hospital by phone, but they forbade us to take all of us, but only the victim and one accompanying person. Nevertheless, the ambulance drove us all to the city center and caught us a taxi, explained to the taxi driver where to go and the victim with an accompanying person was taken in an ambulance, and we followed them in a taxi. So we arrived in Fermo, where we were registered and handed over to doctors: a pediatrician, a surgeon and some others. Those examined, made conclusions, sent for x-rays, then again to one of the doctors on another floor in the dressing room. In general, we spent about an hour there, it turned out to be just a stretch. Bottom line: the attitude of both ordinary people and the medical staff is very pleasant. In the hospital they didn't take a dime from us. And, by the way, one kind Italian took us back to Porto San Giorgio for free when he heard that a taxi could be available only in an hour. So good and good health to all.

I put a star because 0 is not possible. I took my son after 2 hours I solicited the vision of the exams, after another hour I asked for the next visit and in all this time nobody visited him. No one told me what they thought they were doing. They left us alone in a room for hours, no communication, no feedback. After 4 hours I went to the reception, I announced that if it was not seen by a doctor in 4 hours it was obvious that we were there for nothing so I left. I feel fortunate to live in Italy with a health system that helps me when I need it, but this disorganization makes us lose confidence. Now I imagine that I will receive the bill to pay at home, even on this they gave me information

I had to deal with the emergency room a few days ago, and apart from the usual complaints that are heard, unfortunately due to the large influx of users and the severity of the patients, I was impressed by the professionalism and humanity of the whole staff. A special mention and thanks to Dr. Foca Arturo to Dr. Ricci Stefano Maria who took turns in the shifts in which I was hospitalized, humanity and professionalism really at the top.

If you are sick, you should die directly, rather than go to the emergency room in Fermo .. after 6 hours of waiting, with a needle in my arm I dared to complain, since everyone passed me by and the nurse, quite annoyed, he replied that the situation was that and if it didn't suit me I could leave.
