n	natascia giannone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allo sportello di noto un adetta al pubblico sgarbata,maleducata ecc.ecc solo perché dal centralino mi hanno dato un orario di chiusura sbagliato..si è arrabbiata con me e mio marito perche fossimo arrivati alle 16 e non prima visto che lo sportello chiude alle 15:45 ,quando mi era stato detto alle 16 :30 E nonostante fossimo già andati via continuava a sbraitarci contro...valutazione meno che 0 in uno sportello serit non puoi mettere persone arrabbiate con la vita che invece di rivederti con gentilezza ...ti accolgono col grugno. Ovviamente capisco periodo estivo mancanza di personale e tutte le problematiche del caso. Perché al nord qualsiasi ufficio pubblico max 2 giorni rispondono, idem call center ,per non parlare ai sportelli.A i dirigenti aziendali chiedo fate in modo di ripristinare i normali standard qualitativi dei servizi. In modo che quando torni nella tua terra nn ti viene il rammarico di lasciare una realtà troppo diversa. Certo è una cosa; se ti sai presentare alle persone, con gentilezza e senza arroganza, sarai servito come meriti e con tutte le attenzioni possibili. La gentilezza e l'educazione apre sempre le porte. In Italy there are no public offices that work very well or very badly, but only public offices ... C	Corrado G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ già è poco raccomandabile come ufficio, ma in questo periodo di pandemia è ancora peggio: un ufficio in disuso, con tante postazioni vuote, un solo impiegato agli sportelli, decine migliaia di € per affitto e per attrezzature inutilizzate ed i contribuenti costretti a delle vere e proprie odissee per potervi accedere o per avere delle informazioni. already it is not recommended as an office, but in this pandemic period it is even worse: a disused office, with many empty workstations, only one employee at the counters, tens of thousands of € for rent and unused equipment and taxpayers forced to real and their own odyssey to access them or to get information.
