Il call center, nei modi scritti sopra, raccoglie la segnalazione ma poi, di fatto, non interviene nessuno che agisca nelle immediatezze. Tutto è lasciato ad una indeterminatezza per l’azione, della quale non si conosce data e modalità. Sarebbe meno canzonatorio per l’utente definire il n. Verde “segnalazione guasti”, evitando false speranze e, di conseguenza, rassegnarsi all’andazzo generale dell’ignavia degli enti (e degli utenti che non manifestano indignazione per le vergognose vessazioni a cui sono sottoposti).
