★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'agente non si è presentato all'appuntamento precedentemente concordato via mail direttamente con l'azienda,dopo la mia chiamata mi rispondeva :di avermi chiamato più volte e di aver trovato la segreteria tra l'altro senza avermi lasciato nessun messaggio (peccato per lui che io ho vodafone recall e non mi è arrivato nessun messaggio) cmq. dopo aver discusso un pò al telefono mi riferiva di essere alquanto polemico e di non volermi come cliente.
Gentilmente richiamavo il numero verde e facevo presente dell'accaduto, il call center molto gentile, si scusava e mi comunicava che mi avrebbe fatto contattare da un altro agente, dopo poco mi arriva una telefonata con numero privato non visibile di un tizio che non forniva le sue generalità sostenendo di essere il coordinatore accusandomi di comportamento scorretto e che se avessi voluto avrei potuto fissare un nuovo appuntamento sempre con lo stesso agente, io dal mio canto rifiutavo a causa della pessima esperienza telefonica ritenendolo poco affidabile e professionale, richiamavo il numero verde ed ora sono ancora in attesa. Si vede proprio che questa spettabile azienda non risente affatto della crisi economia non avendo alcuna necessità di acquisire nuovi clienti. Diffidate sono poco professionali!
The agent did not show up at the appointment previously agreed via e-mail directly with the company, after my call he replied: he had called me several times and found the answering machine among other things without leaving me any message (sin for he that I have vodafone recall and no message has arrived to me) cmq. after having talked a little on the phone, he was referring to being somewhat controversial and not wanting me as a customer.
I kindly recalled the toll-free number and pointed out what had happened, the very kind call center, apologized and informed me that he would have me contacted by another agent, after a while I received a phone call with a private number that was not visible to a guy who did not supply its general claiming to be the accusing coordinator of misbehavior and that if I wished I could fix a new forever appointment with the same agent, I for my part I refused because of bad considering telephone experience unreliable and professional, I used to call the hotline and now I'm still waiting. It is clear that this respectable company is not at all affected by the economic crisis, having no need to acquire new customers. Beware they are unprofessional!
