★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spero che qualcuno di voi abbia risolto il mio problema nonostante oggi non rispondete al telefono.Io non ho intenzione di pagare ne le due schede che avete fatto per sbaglio ne pagare la scheda da € 11.90 dato che avete di nuovo sbagliato voi.Giorno 30 aprile ho chiesto solo di cambiare gestore ma mantenere lo stesso numero di telefono oggi siamo già al 14 maggio ed io ancora aspetto.
I hope that some of you have solved my problem despite not answering the phone today.I am not going to pay the two cards you made by mistake nor pay the € 11.90 card since you are wrong again.Day 30 April I only asked to change operator but keep the same phone number today we are already on May 14th and I am still waiting.

Tutto lo staff è di una professionalità e gentilezza disarmante,ma la mia preferita( non me ne vogliono gli altri ragazzi)è Asia che mi assiste dal primo giorno e mi tratta come uno di famiglia.
Complimenti a tutto li staff,continuate così che siete Grandi.
I went there for a change of operator for a sim, yesterday I celebrated the tenth family sim.
All the staff is disarming professionalism and kindness, but my favorite (I don't want the other guys) is Asia who assists me from day one and treats me like one of the family.
Congratulations to all the staff, keep it up that you are great.

Sono andata spesso con mia mamma, per risolvere delle problematiche ed ottimizzare il suo piano tariffario. Sono rimasta colpita dalla competenza, gentilezza e disponibilità di Gabriele il quale rappresenta il mio riferimento principale, ma senza nulla togliere al resto del personale che si è mostrato sempre attento e disponibile. Ho avuto modo di affidarmi pure a loro. Questi ragazzi dimostrano serietà, buona volontà nell entrare in empatia con le esigenze del cliente, cercando di proporre loro le soluzioni più adeguate. Ho trovato il negozio di riferimento per me e soprattutto per mamma, che adesso è in ottime mani.
I particularly want to publicly compliment all the guys who work in the shop. I often went with my mom to solve problems and optimize her rate plan. I was struck by the competence, kindness and availability of Gabriele who represents my main reference, but without detracting from the rest of the staff who always showed themselves attentive and helpful. I got to rely on them as well. These guys show seriousness, good will in empathizing with the customer's needs, trying to offer them the most appropriate solutions. I found the reference store for me and especially for mum, who is now in excellent hands.
