Sono queste le cose che fanno la differenza. A lui un GRAZIE speciale. Il personale spiega le cose in modo chiaro. La gentilezza e l'educazione (qualità rarissime oggigiorno) si riscontrano già all'entrata con l'addetto alla sicurezza e la signora alla reception, per poi proseguire fino agli impiegati degli sportelli. Il fatto che poi si debba prenotare online l'appuntamento, rende il tutto più semplice e fa evitare inutili perdite di tempo in coda. Ampio parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Ottimo servizio pubblico. Strafottente e presuntuosa. Chiudetela in qualche ufficio a sistemare scartoffie è del tutto inadatta per stare a contatto con il pubblico. Poco chiara..dice le cose a mezza bocca come se tutto fosse scontato. Se alle 8.30 sta così non voglio immaginare a fine giornata. Maledetto posto fisso...volevo vederla in un'azienda privata che fine faceva. Bad experience. R	Roberta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta all ag delle entrate per sbrigare una pratica complicata senza avere grande dimestichezza con l argomento. la signora che si è occupata del mio problema un pochino fredda e distaccata e a giudicare dal tempo impiegato, forse alle prime armi...non mi ha rivolto parola per tutto il tempo che ha impiegato a lavorare la pratica ( neanche buongiorno) tranne all ultimo sottolineando che " aveva perso molto tempo con me e che dovevo andar via subito" ma la giustifico perché essendo del nord ( il suo accento l ha tradita) forse è abituata cosi. Nel complesso dalla vigilanza, all accoglienza, al personale del bar (pulito ed accogliente) e ad una prima impiegata alla quale ho chiesto i nformazioni ho trovato gentilezza e cortesia. They are close..but look the time information.. Today is Tuesday and they must open until 15.30. I am so angry I traveled all Rome with bus today and I been 4 different places and I didn't any things whyyy? because in ITALY they don't working they come to office almost 9.00 and they close 12.30 Bravi
