★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono qui dalle 9 del mattino,e passato già 1ora è mezza,in qui tutti lavoratori passeggiano di qua e di là senza nemmeno guardarci! (Fanno finta che lavorano)
Sono venuta per il codice fiscale di un neonato,e loro mi dicono che e tanta gente! I appuntamenti e neonati sono tutti giorni,ma loro nn hanno nessuna voglia di lavoro! Sento dire la signora dello sportello che aveva fatto 3persone davanti a me,adesso sono altri 3 ,che i diceva alla vigilanza di nn fare più entrare nessuno!
Vergognatevi!!!! vergognatevi!!!!!
 I have been here since 9 in the morning, and after 1 hour and a half, here all workers walk here and there without even looking at us! (They pretend they work)
I came for the tax code of a newborn, and they tell me that and so many people! Dating and babies are every day, but they don't have any desire for work! I hear the lady at the counter say that she had made 3 people in front of me, now there are 3 others, who told the security guard not to let anyone in anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho parole! Sono ancora in attesa di soldi relativi al 730 Dell anno precedente nonostante mi sono recata personalmente ed ho inviato emails. Domanda: come mai se si deve pagare bisogna farlo nei termini e per ricevere ci si deve rivolgere ad un legale? Attendo risposta. Grazie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispetto ad anni addietro quando era davvero difficoltoso (numeri, prenumeri, attesa dalla mattina presto...) adesso con il sistema di prenotazioni on line è tutto semplificato. Al massimo si aspettano 20 minuti oltre l'orario prenotato se il precedente cliente ha pratiche complesse.
Servizio rapudo, impuegati gentili e competenti.
Compared to years ago when it was really difficult (numbers, reservations, waiting from early in the morning ...) now with the online booking system everything is simplified. At the most, they wait 20 minutes after the booked time if the previous customer has complex practices.
Fast service, kind and competent employees.
