Ho inviato una mail chiarendo i motivi per cui non devo versare alcun importo. Nella stessa mail ho chiesto di confermare la ricezione della stessa. Nessuna risposta. Ho inviato pure una lettera dello stesso contenuto mediante raccomandata A. R. Nei prossimi giorni provvederò a segnalare il fatto ai Carabinieri, considerate anche le numerose recensioni estremamente negative inviate. Per rintracciare le persone si avvalgono di google map e chiamano le persone che risiedono nelle vicinanze di quelli che cercano. Azzardo a pensare che sono truffe legalizzate, consiglio vivamente per chi come me è tartassato da queste persone di rivolgersi all' Unione Consumatori , loro in poco tempo risolvono . rude staff. . Peccato che la posizione con la wind sia stata chiusa quasi 2 anni fa e solo grazie all'intervento dell'AGCOM perché la Wind per mesi ha fatturato un importo DOPPIO rispetto al contratto e per di più è andato avanti per mesi e mesi dopo la chiusura del contratto. Solo grazie alla procedura tramite AGCOM si è risolta la situazione, in cui wind non solo si è trovata a stornare tutte le fatture ILLECITAMENTE emesse, ma anche a rimborsarmi tanti soldi. E ora che succede ? Cedono pure un presunto credito posteriore all'accordo , in cui wind si impegnava a stornare anche le successive fatture, a questa agenzia che sta facendo stalking, telefonando e minacciando per 28€ di falso credito . Denunciate e andate tramite AGCOM o autorità competenti . Io tramite avvocato li ho avvisati che alla prossima si beccano una denuncia per stalking ! They called me in the name of certain avv. L	Lorenzo Mandolese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato contattato in giugno da questa agenzia per conto di Enel in quanto c'erano delle bollette insoluta, accordo un saldo e stralcio per una determinata cifra entro 2 settimane, pago quanto accordato entro la data stabilita e mando come di consueto la foto per provare il pagamento, a distanza di sei mesi vengo contattato da un altra agenzia sempre per conto di Enel per altre bollette insolute e guarda caso è esattamente la differenza tra quanto dovevo e quanto pagato con il saldo e stralcio, chiamo questa nuova agenzia spiego loro la situazione e loro mi rispondono che devo contattare l'agenzia precendente(cioè questa) in quanto probabilmente hanno sbagliato a mandare la documentazione del saldo e stralcio, chiamo loro mi sballonzolano a chiamare diversi numeri facendo scarica barile tra di loro e alla fine la risposta è:mi spiace ma nn seguiamo più la sua pratica. Morale della favola devo pagare anche la differenza perché nn sanno fare il loro lavoro. Euro Service mi contatta per telefono vari mesi dopo. Spiego la situazione ed invio foto delle bollette pagate. Ne è seguita una sorta di telenovela, sgradevole, con decine di telefonate, in cui si ricominciava sempre da capo. L'ultima dell'ufficio legale, con un importo richiesto differente dai precedenti. Dico che mi sono stancato, e facciano quel che vogliono. Mi addebitano sulla bolletta del nuovo fornitore (Enel), un importo maggiore di quelli richiesti fino ad allora. Non so se a questo punto andrò avanti, per tenacia (a Roma, tigna), o se, stremato, lascerò perdere. Concludendo, mi meraviglio che Acea abbia affidato un compito così delicato a della gente che sfiora il codice penale. They are incorrect on the verge of scam.
