★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo richiesto via email la fattibilita di una variazione in camera di commercio , abbiamo pagato e dopo 3 settimane ci cumunicano che per effettuare la variazione non era come ci anticipavano.loro via email ma bisognafa fare un'atto notarile. Abbiamo chiesto quindi di.annullare la pratica e restituirci l'importo . Ma la loro risposta e stata veramente poco professionale , dicendoci che loro sono solo un'agenzia di consulenza e la camera di commercio chiede altri documenti , cosa che essendi di consulenza e' scontato che devono sapere prima. Pagate sempre dopo aver ottenuto il risultato
We have requested via email the feasibility of a change in the chamber of commerce, we paid and after 3 weeks we are informed that to make the change it was not as anticipated. They were sent by email but a notarial deed must be done. We therefore asked to cancel the file and return the amount to us. But their response was very unprofessional, telling us that they are only a consultancy agency and the chamber of commerce asks for other documents, which being consultants it is obvious that they must know first. Always pay after getting the result
