★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff had communication problem among them on pricing, however, instead of resolving their own communication problem, they blamed a customer treating him like a dishonest person and didn’t even try to excuse themselves. We did not even hear a word “sorry” or “excuse us for our communication problem” from these people, instead, making excuses that it was not their fault but a mistake of the client or a misbehavior of the customer. While the customer tried to keep calm and resolve this problem in a polite and peaceful manner, Signora T insisted on treating him like a liar and did not even listen to the client but kept on talking endlessly making excuses. So you know how you will be treated at this used market. Apparently customers DO NOT COME FIRST at this place. Even when it is their own fault, they will NEVER tell you that they are sorry and they will NEVER even try to resolve the problem for you or make compromises for the inconvenience that they have created to the customer. What an unpleasant experience and a waste of time thanks to this mercatino Roma Appia.
