Mi ha fatto attendere un minuto abbondante, nonostante ero lì in attesa per essere servito, poi si è rivolta a me con tono stizzito dicendomi " Che devi fa'?" Né buonasera, ne prego, di una arroganza mai vista e continuava a borbottare con la collega che di spalle non le dava retta. Ma io solo lì in quel posto a pagare un servizio, non di certo a farmi prendere a pesci in faccia dalle persone. Cambierò delegazione Aci. Lì mai più.
