V	Valentina Giannotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri 23/8/2020 era il nostro ultimo giorno di vacanza alle 21 mentre scaldavo l'acqua per il latte alla bambina (4 mesi)la bombola è finita.... Nonostante l'orario ci è stato detto che il tecnico delle bombole era reperibile fino le 20 e quando ho detto che avevo il problema della bambina mi è stato risposto di andare in un bar o dai vicini o di usare il microonde (che non c'è) .... Non penso proprio sia un atteggiamento corretto dato in questi casi si potrebbe tenere una piccola bombola di riserva dato che non si può vedere il consumo.... In quanto alla pulizia che dovrebbe essere sanificato a prescindere dal covid, la cucina sotto la cappa era unta e non pulita la cappa rotta, la porta del bagno internemte in bassoebasso marcia in più erano presenti le ragnatele (alcune le ho tolte io)per quanto casa di mare ma un po' di manutenzione e più cura non guasterebbe!!!!!! As for the cleaning that should be sanitized regardless of the covid, the kitchen under the hood was greasy and not clean the broken hood , the bathroom door internemte at the bottom low gear there were cobwebs (some I removed myself) as much as a seaside house but a little maintenance and more care would not hurt !!!!!!

Gruppo di 8 ragazzi a cui era stata assegnato appartamento a piano terra su due livelli da parte dell'host. Al nostro arrivo ci troviamo però in un appartamento al secondo piano arredato per 6 ospiti, in cui mancavano quindi due posti letto ma anche stoviglie e asciugamani. Facciamo presente le problematiche all'host che ci dice che l'appartamento promesso non era accessibile, perché affidato ad un altro gruppo. Entro sera l'host ci fornisce le cose mancanti, dicendoci però che visto le criticità subito esposte gli avremmo fatto un piacere ad andarcene. In aggiunta segnalo lo scarico della doccia intasato e un condizionatore sporco e che perdeva acqua .La casa non è molto distante dal mare, dal centro e dal supermercato. Peccato per gli inconvenienti citati sopra che hanno reso peggiore l'esperienza. Apartment chosen through an ad on airbnb and managed by this agency. Upon our arrival, however, we found ourselves in an apartment on the second floor furnished for 6 guests, which therefore lacked two beds but also dishes and towels. We report the problems to the host who tells us that the promised apartment was not accessible, because it was entrusted to another group. By evening the host provides us with the missing things, but told us that given the critical issues immediately exposed we would have done him a pleasure to leave. Mi sono trovato ottimamente. Il prossimo anno, sicuramente, mi appoggerò a loro per un altra vacanza I booked through the Adriatica agency. Il personale è professionale, cortese e disponibile , cercano di venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti prima e durante il soggiorno. sicuramente mi appoggerò a loro in futuro. I	Isira Piermatteo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo un gruppo da 8 persone, abbiamo prenotato tramite l'agenzia una casa a Bibione e ci è stato assicurato di alloggiare in una casa adatta a ospitare 8 persone. Una volta arrivati ci vengono date invece le chiavi per una casa in cui a mala pena potevano stare 6 persone, con 6 posti letto, senza asciugamani e con qualche stoviglia. Facciamo notare ciò all'host, ma ci viene detto che la casa che dovevamo ricevere era già occupata. Siamo andati in agenzia, in cui non siamo stati aiutati in alcun modo e, anzi, è stato riferito all'host che volevamo lasciare la casa. Abbiamo allora chiesto di ricevere tutto ciò che era stato assicurato, ovvero i letti, gli asciugamani, i cuscini e le stoviglie, che ci sono stati portati 4 ore dopo il nostro arrivo e, inoltre, il proprietario ci dice, testuali parole, "se ve ne andate mi fate un favore". Troviamo la doccia con lo scarico intasato, scriviamo al proprietario e non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta. Il condizionatore perdeva acqua. Per il resto, la casa si trova a breve distanza dal supermercato e dal mare, ma questo punto a favore è stato fortemente superato dalla scarsa professionalità con cui siamo stati trattati. We were a group of 8 people, we booked a house in Bibione through the agency and we were assured to stay in a house suitable for 8 people. Once we arrive we are given the keys to a house in which 6 people could barely stay, with 6 beds, without towels and with some crockery. We point this out to the host, but we are told that the house we were to receive was already occupied. We went to the agency, where we were not helped in any way and, indeed, it was reported to the host that we wanted to leave the house. We then asked to receive everything that had been insured, namely the beds, towels, pillows and dishes, which were brought to us 4 hours after our arrival and, furthermore, the owner tells us, in the exact words, "if go away, do me a favor. " We find the shower with the clogged drain, write to the owner and have not received any response. The air conditioner was leaking water. For the rest, the house is located a short distance from the supermarket and the sea, but this point in favor was strongly overcome by the lack of professionalism with which we were treated.

Appartamento da 8,ma appena entrati c'erano 6 posti letto, 1 bicchiere, zero posate, niente cartaigienica e nessuna salvietta (tutti elementi promessi sul sito airbnb). Aggiungo, climatizzatore sporchissimo e pieno di polvere. Dopo un'ora di permanenza nella struttura siamo tornati in agenzia per esporre le criticità,in maniera molto educata, ma senza intenzione di volercene andare, e la commessa si è promessa di chiamare il proprietario della casa. Dopo che la commessa ha contattato il proprietario, è venuto fuori che eravamo arrabbiatissimi e intenzionati a lasciare la struttura con rimborso, cosa non vera e che ha condizionato il rapporto tra noi e l'host. Dopo due giorni di vacanza infatti avevamo un problema con la doccia e per questo, dopo aver contattato l'host, non ci ha risposto, ANZI, ci ha espresso la sua felicità nel caso ce ne fossimo andati. Concludo col dire che al momento che le chiavi vengono consegnate, l'appartamento deve essere pronto. Non ci aspettavamo un 5 stelle dato il prezzo pagato della casa (unico vantaggio), però ci aspettavamo gli elementi che ho elencato sopra. Siamo stati educati ed avevamo ragione a pretendere certi elementi, non meritavamo di essere trattati così. We stayed in Bibione, whose apartment is managed by the agency. I conclude by saying that by the time the keys are handed over, the apartment must be ready. We weren't expecting 5 stars given the price paid for the house (the only advantage), but we did expect the items listed above. We were educated and we were right to demand certain elements, we didn't deserve to be treated like that.

Eravamo un gruppo di 8 ragazzi e già prima della prenotazione mi era stato assicurato dall'host (tramite airbnb) che avremmo alloggiato in un appartamento spazioso e adatto a 8 persone, presente nella sua struttura. Al nostro arrivo però troviamo un appartamento adatto e arredato per 6 ospiti, in cui non erano presenti i letti mancanti, stoviglie e asciugamani. Facciamo presente le problematiche all'host e ci viene detto che l'appartamento che ci spettava era già stato affidato a un altro gruppo e quindi non accessibile. Rimaniamo quindi nell'appartamento che entro sera a seguito di varie richieste viene fornito del necessario per 8 persone. L'host ci porta il necessario di persona con tanto di sdegno, dicendo che gli avremmo fatto un piacere se avessimo deciso di andare via... Segnalo quindi una grande mancanza di organizzazione sia per le informazioni fornite che per la prontezza nel preparare la casa all'arrivo. In più in casa era intasato lo scarico della doccia (già al nostro arrivo) e nonostante io abbia scritto all'host, non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Per quanto riguarda la casa invece si trova in una zona tranquilla e non molto distante dal mare, dal centro e dal supermercato. Peccato per gli inconvenienti citati sopra che fanno abbassare notevolmente la recensione nel complesso. Apartment in Bibione found through an ad on airbnb and managed by the agency.
