★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stata la prima vacanza al residence Gemma e devo dire che è stata un'ottima scelta. Struttura buona, appartamento carino pulito e ben attrezzato, posizione ideale perché vicino alla spiaggia e al centro, la piscina sul tetto è una ottima alternativa alla spiaggia. Vacanze da rifare il prossimo anno.
 It was the first holiday at the Gemma residence and I must say that it was a great choice. Amazing location, nice clean and well equipped apartment, ideal location because near the beach and the center, the rooftop pool is a great alternative to the beach. Holidays to be redone next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Zimmer war komplett neu. Die Küche sah sehr gepflegt aus, aber es gab leider keinen Backofen,dafür eine Spülmaschine. Die Zimmer waren von der Größe gut aufgeteilt, der Kleiderschrank war groß genug.
Das Bad war auch groß genug allerdings fehlte mehr Platz zum verstauen.
Wir haben bis Mittags um 15 Uhr gewartet um ins Zimmer zu kommen. Der Boden wurde leider nicht richtig gesäubert.
Auf der Dachterasse gibt es einen Pool und einen Whirlpool. Es gibt leider keine Sonnenschirme,von daher zu wenig Schatten.
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist super freundlich und spricht sehr gut deutsch.
In der untersten Etage hat man die Möglichkeit, seine Wäsche zu waschen. Man sollte nur darauf achten diese rechtzeitig rauszunehmen, da es ungeduldige Menschen gibt,die die Wäsche einfach auf den Boden schmeißen. Der Strand ist nah angelegt und man hat keinen weiten Weg. Genauso nah ist auch die Einkaufspassage.
Im Allgemeinen war es ein wunderschöner und entspannter Urlaub. Das Appartement würde ich immer wieder buchen.
Our room was completely new. The kitchen looked very well-kept, but unfortunately there was no oven, but a dishwasher. The rooms were well-sized, the closet was big enough.
The bathroom was big enough but lacked more space to stow.
We waited until noon at 15 o'clock to get into the room. The floor was unfortunately not cleaned properly.
On the roof terrace there is a pool and a jacuzzi. Unfortunately, there are no umbrellas, so too little shade.
The staff at the front desk is super friendly and speaks very good German.
On the bottom floor you have the possibility to do your laundry. Just be careful to take them out in time as there are impatient people who just throw the laundry on the floor. The beach is close and you have no long way. Just as close is the shopping arcade.
In general, it was a beautiful and relaxing holiday. I would book the apartment again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci soggiorniamo ormai da 4 anni.
Ambiente ben tenuto e pulito, posizione centralissima e vicina al mare. Rapidità nei risolvere un problemino avuto con una serratura.
Ottimo anche il solarium con piscina, purtroppo a volte gelida come un laghetto in montagna ma d'altronde l'acqua non è riscaldata e quindi risente molto del clima.
Receptionist sempre pronta e sorridente il che non guasta mai.
We have been staying there for 4 years now.
Well maintained and clean environment, very central and close to the sea. Speed in solving a problem with a lock.
The solarium with swimming pool is also excellent, unfortunately sometimes as cold as a small lake in the mountains but on the other hand the water is not heated and therefore suffers a lot from the climate.
Receptionist always ready and smiling which never hurts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr empfehlenswert! Haben spontan ein Appartment Typ B2 NEU gemietet und waren sofort begeistert. Hier kann man sich entspannen und den Urlaub genießen. Am Dach gibt es einen Pool und ein Jaccuzi.
Zwei kleine Anregungen: Schirme auf dem Dach wären super. Da ich ein sehr heller Hauttyp bin, konnte ich mich am Dach nicht sonnen.
Und: der Wasserdruck in der Dusche im Appartment könnte besser sein. Als Frau mit langen Haaren ist es etwas mühsam sich bei diesem Wasserdruck die Haare zu waschen. Aber das Jammern auf höchstem Niveau.
Die Lage ist perfekt: 3 min zum Strand. Ruhige Lage aber dennoch in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt. Parkplätze sind überdacht. Es gibt 4 Waschmaschinen zur freien Nutzung und unser Appartement hatte einen Geschirrspüler und war komplett renoviert :) Die Fotos auf der Homepage stimmen mit der Realität überein. Wir hatten einen Balkon beim Schlafzimmer und einen größeren beim Wohnzimmer/Küche.
Wir kommen sicherlich wieder! Die Dame bei der Rezeption war sehr nett und kompetent. Außerdem ist das Restaurant Gemma sehr gut.
Highly recommended! Spontaneously rented an apartment type B2 NEW and were immediately impressed. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation. There is a pool and a jacuzzi on the roof.
Two small suggestions: Umbrellas on the roof would be great. Since I'm a very light skin type, I couldn't sunbathe on the roof.
And: the water pressure in the shower in the apartment could be better. As a woman with long hair, it is a bit of a hassle to wash your hair with this water pressure. But the whining at the highest level.
The location is perfect: 3 minutes to the beach. Quiet location but still a few minutes' walk into town. Parking spaces are covered. There are 4 washing machines for free use and our apartment had a dishwasher and was completely renovated :) The photos on the homepage match the reality. We had a balcony in the bedroom and a larger one in the living room / kitchen.
We'll be back for sure! The lady at the front desk was very nice and competent. The Gemma restaurant is also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polecam z pełną odpowiedzialnością. 100 metrów do plaży, blisko centrum ale spokojnie. Basen na dachu z widokiem na morze? Apartamenty bardzo czyste i obszerne. Ogólnie świetna miejscówka.
I recommend it with full responsibility. 100 meters to the beach, close to the center but quiet. Rooftop pool with a sea view? Apartments very clean and spacious. Overall a great spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residence molto tranquillo ed organizzato. Consiglierei qualche lavatrice in più ed un organizzazione diversa nello spazio lavanderia visto il numero di appartamenti. Il personale è stato molto disponibile a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. La piscina all'ultimo piano è senza dubbio un valore aggiunto. Meravigliosa la vista a qualsiasi ora della giornata. Ci torneremo
Very quiet and organized residence. I would recommend a few more washing machines and a different organization in the laundry space given the number of apartments. The staff was very helpful with any of our requests. The rooftop pool is undoubtedly an added value. The view is wonderful at any time of the day. We will be back
