S	Sören Köhler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preis Leistung ist ok. Super Lage! Tiefgarage war inklusive. Klimaanlage funktionierte Tadellos. Sauberkeit war auch ok. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen deswegen 1 Stern Abzug. Price performance is ok. Great location! Underground parking was included. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Cleanliness was ok. The equipment is getting old therefore 1 star deduction.

Wir fanden es sehr ungemütlich, die Wohnung war zwar groß, aber alles muss man hier selbst mitbringen, Handtücher, decken, Kissen etc. Die Wohnung war auch nicht sauber, ebenso wie das Geschirr und das Badezimmer. Die Betten und vor allem die Schlafcouch waren sowas von Mega unbequem, das wir kaum ein Auge zu bekommen haben. Allerdings liegt das Carina sehr zentral, man ist direkt am Strand und auch am Hundestrand , Geschäfte und Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nach deutschem Maßstab wird das Carina wohl 2 Sterne haben. Well, well, depends what you expect. However, the Carina is very centrally located, you are right on the beach and on the dog beach, shops and supermarkets are also nearby. By German standards, the Carina will probably have 2 stars.

Die Flure sind dunkel, stickig, es riecht im Keller übel. Die Garage ist für größere SUV zu eng. Die Wohnungen sind unterschiedlich, da die jeweiligen Eigentümer zum Teil renoviert haben. Unser Apartment über die Agenzia Sole war okay, für Bibione mittlerer Standard. Very good location with only 50 meters distance to the beach. The house, however, would need a modernization. The corridors are dark, stuffy, it smells bad in the basement. The garage is too narrow for larger SUVs. The apartments are different, as the owners have partly renovated. Our apartment on the Agenzia Sole was okay, for Bibione medium standard.
S	Sebastian Pechlaner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typisches Apartmenthaus für Bibione. Obwohl Haustiere erlaubt sind war es seh sauber. Treppenhaus und Flure wurden täglich gereinigt. Hatten ein Apartment mit Balkon und Meerblick offiziell für 6 Personen. Durch den engen Schnitt der Wohnung war es zu fünft schon grenzwertig. Einrichtung eher simpel aber in Ordnung. Lage ein bisschen am Stadtrand aber direkt am Meer. Ab 23:00 wars ruhig. In der Hauptsaison natürlich eher teuer. Typical apartment house for Bibione. Although pets are allowed it was very clean. Stairwell and hallways were cleaned daily. Had an apartment with balcony and sea view officially for 6 people. Due to the close cut of the apartment, it was five borderline already. Setup rather simple but okay. Location a bit on the outskirts but directly on the sea. From 23:00 it was quiet. In the season, of course, rather expensive.
D	Denis Morsoletto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condominio decisamente migliore rispetto ad altri della zona e in un ottima posizione. Ha l'ascensore (un po' rumoroso ma funziona). Quanto tranquillo possa essere l'appartamento dipende dal perioso e naturalmente da chi si troverà come coinquilini. Il lido dei pini (area di Bibione dove si trova) è una zona tranquilla ma ben attrezzata. Con qualche passo a piedi si possono facilmente raggiungere farmacia, ristorante, panificio, macelleria, supermercato, edicola. Per far la spesa quindi non si deve far molta strada, stesso vale per raggiungere la spiaggia. Generalmente le famiglie scelgono hotel/appartamenti più verso il centro ma anche questa zona può essere ottima per i bambini. Definitely better condominium than others in the area and in a great location. It has an elevator (a little 'noisy but it works). How quiet the apartment can be depends on the periose and, of course, on who you will be as roommates The Lido dei Pini (area of Bibione where it is located) is a quiet area but well equipped. With a few steps walk you can easily reach the pharmacy, restaurant, bakery, butcher, supermarket, newsstand. To do the shopping, therefore, you do not have to go far, which is the same for reaching the beach. Usually families choose hotels / apartments closer to the center but this area can be good for kids.

S	Stefan L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOP- Lage! Die Residenz ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber dennoch sehr gepflegt. Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ist für die Zimmergröße sehr gut! Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende dort und könnten uns vorstellen, wieder hinzufahren. Perfect location! Although the residence is getting a bit old, it is still very well maintained. The price/performance ratio is very good for the size of the room! We were there for a long weekend and could imagine going back.
