P	Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za celých 15 rokov čo tam chodím: Sa nemenil nábytok(ako za socialistov) Jediné čo kedy bolo zmenené bola hlavná brána a brána k bazénu. Väčšina spotrebičov nefunguje(áno pokiaľ to skutočne potrebujete vymenia vám ho,ale to není ospravedlnenie) Absencia klimatizácie je už na smiech. V sprche sa bojíte dotknúť okolia. Za cenu tohoto ubytovania môžete mať hotel na úrovni(s klímou,bazénom na streche,modernými vymoženosťami a podobne),preto je tento rok posledným v danom zariadení a s rovnakou cenou radšej inde. Fotky apartmánov,ktoré sú uvedené sú pravdivé(avšak pokiaľ ste není Nemec/Talian čaká vás oveľa horšia alternatíva-väčšina fotiek je zo 4. poschodia,kt. je prenechávaná "lepším" už spomínaným národnostiam)...otras For the whole 15 years I go there: Unchanged furniture (like under socialists) The only thing ever changed was the main gate and the gate to the pool. For the price of this accommodation you can have a hotel at a level (with climate, rooftop pool, modern comforts and so on), so this year is the last in the facility and the same price better elsewhere. Photos of the apartments that are listed are true (but if you are not German / Italian awaits you a much worse alternative-most photos are from the 4th floor, which is left to "better" already mentioned nationalities) ... shake

f	fabio pezzotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono abituato ad andare a Bobbione, ma spendere i soldi che ci hanno chiesto per stare in un appartamento anni 50, con l'arredo anni 50 ed i relativi impianti anni 50 non lo farò più. Ogni cosa che chiedi è extra, anche il microonde. Cosiglio spassionato da imprenditore? Date una bella sistemata a tutto e poi la gente vi pagherà più volentieri. I'm not used to going to Bobbione, but spending the money they asked to stay in a 50s apartment, with furniture from the 50s and related 50s installations, I won't do it anymore. Everything you ask for is extra, even the microwave. An entrepreneur dispassionate council? Give everything a nice look and then people will pay you more willingly.

Porte scrostate che non si chiudono, tapparelle rotte, cassamatta mancante ' rubinetto della cucina rotto che infiltra acqua sotto il mobile che nel frattempo si è marcito. .. antine che non si chiudono, doccia che perde x cui pavimento del bagno perennemente bagnato anche il rubinetto del lavabo ma vabbe almeno li non si allaga,se in una notte il gocciolio della doccia riempie mezzo secchio pensa in una stagione. ...mi spiace, non denigro la modestia ma la totale e completa mancanza di manutenzione. Non mi soffermo poi sulle stoviglie xché è d obbligo far ricorso a quelle di plastica. .... Price slightly lower but no such structure is justified. Con la famiglia ho preso un appartamento dotato di climatizzatore che era ancora da attivare con lo scarico sotto il lavello e un secchio per raccogliere l'acqua che dovevamo cambiare periodicamente altrimenti il bagno si allagava. L'unica cosa bella è rappresentata dalla piscina grande e pulita. I gestori di sono dimostrati scarsamente attenti alle nostre richieste di assistenza. Conclusione: ai prezzi che propongono si può trovare sicuramente di meglio. Residence of the 50s and its years can be seen all. Se l'anno scorso ci siamo trovati bene, purtroppo non posso dire la stessa cosa per quest'anno. Abbiamo affittato l'appartamento più grande con 3 camere e 2 bagni. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato l'appartamento sporco, con tantissima polvere, il gas era molto vecchio e di facevamo fatica ad accenderlo e a regolare i fuochi (a mio avviso è pure pericoloso). Mancava un'anta dell'armadio e l'altra anta era fissata solo sopra e sotto era completamente staccata (con il rischio che cadesse la porta). I 2 bagni ciechi sprovvisti di aspirazione. Per non parlare dei vetri delle finestre e delle porte, talmente vecchi e sottili che se c'era un pò di corrente e sbattevano avevamo paura che si rompessero. Le titolari sono molto gentili (per questo do 2 stelle), ma suggerisco di ristrutturare un pò gli appartamenti e di curare di più la pulizia perchè con quello che abbiamo pagato mi aspettavo di trovare un appartamento in condizioni migliori, sia come arredo/accessori che come pulizia. For the second year we have chosen the Palace residence of the De Biasi family. If we had a good time last year, unfortunately I can't say the same thing for this year. We rented the largest apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately we found the apartment dirty, with a lot of dust, the gas was very old and it was difficult to light it and adjust the fires (in my opinion it is also dangerous). One door of the wardrobe was missing and the other door was fixed only above and below it was completely detached (with the risk of the door falling). The 2 blind bathrooms without suction. Not to mention the glass in the windows and doors, so old and thin that if there was a little current and they banged we were afraid they would break. The owners are very kind (for this I give 2 stars), but I suggest to renovate the apartments a little and to take care of the cleaning because with what we paid I expected to find an apartment in better condition, both as furniture / accessories and like cleaning.
