★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schönes Haus mit je zwei Wohnungen in jedem Stockwerk. Relativ modern ausgestattet. Leider ohne Aufzug und einem engen Treppenhaus. Gut gelegen, alles in der Nähe und schnell erreichbar. Wir waren bereits zwei Mal in dem Haus, aber es wird kein drittes Mal geben.
Nice house with two apartments on each floor. Relatively modern equipped. Unfortunately, no elevator and a narrow staircase. Well located, close to everything and easy to reach. We have stayed at the house twice, but there will not be a third time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr angenehme Lage in beinahe unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Die Wohnungen, die man über Google Maps auch virtuell begehen kann (eine zumindest), sind sehr gepflegt und sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die verbaute Klimaanlage ist ausreichend dimensioniert und leistet selbst in der Nacht im Ruhemodus ausreichend Abkühlung bei Bedarf.
Die vorhandenen Parkplätze sind den einzelnen Appartements zugeordnet und liegen fast den ganzen Tag im Schatten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten sind Nahe. Nachts bei Aktionen der umliegenden Bars etwas lauter, aber nicht unbedingt störend, also im erträglichen Rahmen.... man ist halt im Urlaub.
Das Haus verfügt über ein freies WLan, welches bei unserem Aufenthalt akzeptabel war in der Geschwindigkeit.
Die Preise sind etwas über dem Durchschnitt, aber dem Ort und der Lage geschuldet.
Updaste: Sind 2019 jetzt zum 2. Mal hier gewesen und haben es wieder nicht bereut.
Very pleasant location near the beach. The apartments, which you can virtually commit via Google Maps (at least), are very well maintained and clean and modern. The built-in air conditioning is adequately sized and makes even at night in sleep mode enough cooling when needed.
The existing parking spaces are assigned to the individual apartments and are in the shade for most of the day. Shops and restaurants are close. At night with actions of the surrounding bars a bit louder, but not necessarily disturbing, so within tolerable limits .... you're just on vacation.
The house has a free Wi-Fi, which during our stay was acceptable in the speed.
The prices are a bit above average but due to the location and location.
Update: Have been here for the 2nd time in 2019 and did not regret it again.
