Venduto per 6/7 persone, non uno straccio di sdraio, sedie in plastica che si piegavano, divano letto di gommapiuma che dovrebbe essere un posto letto, tv 22 pollici, serramenti inqualificabili, neanche una zanzariera da 2 euro, lampadari che per qualche motivo erano mezzi divelti, pulizia assente e ti chiedono anche 50euro di sanificazione... Potrei continuare ma la sostanza è per la cifra che ho pagato mi sento preso in giro e l'alloggio era talmente scomodo che onestamente mi ga un po' rovinato la vacanza. Da evitare. Apartment in the Danube Village: a shack. Neglected and economically furnished to the limit of acceptable. Sold for 6/7 people, not a rag of deck chairs, plastic chairs that folded, foam sofa bed that should be a sleeping place, 22-inch TV, unspeakable windows, not even a 2 euro mosquito net, chandeliers that for some reason they were torn up, no cleaning and they also ask you for 50 euros for sanitation ... I could go on but the substance is for the amount I paid I feel teased and the accommodation was so uncomfortable that honestly it ruined my holiday a bit . To be avoided.

The rude and disrespectful female working there (which refused to give me her name) admitted that they deliberatly put the photos of different apartament and she had no problem with this fact (she incidentally confirmed that they broke the law by showing a different product/ service in an agreement signed from distance). The apartament we received was unsafe for our 14 months old chiild so we decided to spend one night there and head back to Poland. I am determined to force a consequences on this female as her work ethics is not something this agency should be proud of. I see that this is not the first time someone was treated like that so I am sure thet this is planned. If anyone has/had the same situation please contact me at [email protected].
