In un colloquio, la signora si è alzata innumerevoli volte per fare cose che poteva tranquillamente fare l'altro agente presente,evitava di guardarmi in faccia e alla fine mi fa :ma lei di che nazionalità è? Io rispondo: italiana, sono adottata da italiani quindi italiana. Si ma intendo lei di dov'è. Aridaje, mo ho capito, le ho risposto : perché sono nera? Si sono Nata in Brasile, ma sono italiana. E niente mette BRASILIANA. poi mi fa :lo chiedo a tutti.. Peccato che a mio marito proprio accanto a me ti sei guardata bene di chiederglielo. Maleducati, razzisti e non avevano nemmeno le case che erano fuori in foto. Never seen so little professionalism and so much rudeness in my life. Premetto che ricevere recensioni negative sia sempre una brutta esperienza ma in confronto a quello che ci hanno fatto è il minimo. Cercavamo casa in affitto budget medio alto quindi avevamo visto alcuni appartamenti nuovissimi. Per il primo ci avevano chiesto 1400€alto decisamente bello ma abbiamo ripiegato per uno a1200€facciamo una controproposta ed includiamo un assegno(come impegno) mai vista una cosa del genere ma spinti dalla voglia di avere quella casa facciamo quello che ci dicono. Passa il fine settimana il lunedì li chiamiamo e si negano alle innumerevoli chiamate. Finalmente rispondono e ci dicono che la proprietà buole 100€in più.... Insomma hanno fatto il gioco del rialzo. Poi attraverso altre agenzie immobiliari ci hanno detto che quell'appartamento non era in affitto, ci hanno fatto perdere tempo,mostrandoci un appartamento neanche disponibile. Sono persone assolutamente non serie Mai più!!! Esperienza orrenda. I am obliged to put a star to leave a review. I state that receiving negative reviews is always a bad experience but compared to what they did to us it is the minimum. We were looking for a medium-high budget rental house so we had seen some brand new apartments. For the first we were asked for € 1400 very nice high but we folded for a € 1200 we make a counter-offer and include a check (as a commitment) never seen such a thing but driven by the desire to have that house we do what they tell us. Spend the weekend on Mondays we call them and they deny themselves the countless calls. Finally they answer and tell us that the property buole € 100 more .... In short, they played the game of the rise. Then through other real estate agencies they told us that the apartment was not for rent, they wasted our time, showing us an apartment that was not available. They are absolutely not serious people. Never again !!! Horrendous experience.

Sono passato in filiale personalmente, mi fissano un appuntamento per visitare l’immobile il giorno dopo dicendomi che mi avrebbero chiamato per l’orario, non si sono più fatti vivi. Una stella è fin troppo per degli incompetenti che non sanno trattare con i clienti. Absolutely to be avoided. m	mino violante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impatto in po' burrascoso,ma poi ho richiamato ad altro numero ed ho trovato la signora Elisabetta,persona professionale,garbata,e con modi eleganti e signorili,appena conferite le mie esigenze,subito dopo due ore mi aveva trovato un immobile,il sabato mi ha proposto altro,e lunedì accompagnato alla visita da Marco,una figura professionale ed a modo,con il quale abbiamo valutato i pro ed i contro dell'immobile in base alle mie richieste. Subito trovata la sistemazione perfetta;vi dirò inoltre che sono pure onesti nella richiesta del compenso per il lavoro svolto. Il consiglio che voglio dare,non fermatevi a parlare con un solo operatore,si chiamano tutte Affitta presto,ma sono varie succursali.
