Una fideiussione bancaria offrirebbe maggiori garanzie al proprietario con minor costi per l'affittuario, ma loro non la prendono in considerazione dicendo che il proprietario accetta solo offerte garantite dalla loro polizza. Ma al proprietario arrivano le offerte con la fideiussione bancaria? Chissà. Inoltre la provvigione da loro richiesta è di molto superiore a quelle di mercato. Io, visto i loro metodi, ho preferito rivolgermi altrove e mi sono trovato molto meglio.

Given their methods, I preferred to go elsewhere and I found myself much better.
