★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4g працює як 2g. Дуже нестабільний. Потрібно постійно шукати місця де в тебе з'являється прийнятний сигнал. В транспорті, в будь-якому магазині сигналу нема.
4g works like 2g. Very unstable. You need to constantly look for places where you have an acceptable signal. There is no signal in transport, in any store.

Attivazione della linea telefonica ritardata di un mese a causa di un errore in fase di inserimento del contratto, motivo per il quale i tecnici non riuscivano a reperire un nostro contatto per fissare l'appuntamento per l'installazione del modem. In seguito abbiamo avuto un problema dal momento che l'operatore non ci garantiva l'utilizzo dei servizi previsti nei termini contrattuali (dovuto a causa estranea dal titolare di questo centro) per il quale ci sarebbe servito il suo aiuto. Lo abbiamo contattato telefonicamente per ricevere assistenza e ci ha detto che ci avrebbe telefonato il giorno seguente. Mai più sentito. Inutile i tentativi di ricontatto, dal momento che da circa una settimana tutte le telefonate effettuate al numero qui presente vanno a vuoto, col cellulare che squilla ininterrottamente senza mai ricevere risposta. Totale assenza di assistenza al cliente. Esperienza totalmente negativa.
Total inability to manage the customer. Activation of the telephone line delayed by a month due to an error in the contract insertion phase, which is why the technicians were unable to find our contact to fix the appointment for the installation of the modem. Later we had a problem since the operator did not guarantee us the use of the services provided in the contractual terms (due to extraneous cause by the owner of this center) for which we would have needed his help. We contacted him by phone for assistance and he said he would phone us the following day. Never heard again. Useless attempts to get in touch, since for about a week all the calls made to the number here are going wrong, with the cell phone ringing continuously without ever receiving an answer. Total absence of customer assistance. Totally negative experience.
