I was extremely happy with the service. Managers of the firm are kind and helpful in all phases of the tenancy and management service of the property and of relations with the owner, including post-contractual excellent. Quick answers to difficulties and always very detailed and precise. Excellent costs for the type of management and for the support. Extremely recommended!

Un mese fa circa avevano pubblicato un appartamento a cui ero molto interessata, ho provato a contattarli in qualsiasi modo ma non sono MAI stata richiamata fin quando l’annuncio è stato poi tolto.
Qualche giorno fa ho visto che è stato pubblicato un altro annuncio molto interessante (ancora online), per cui ho iniziato nuovamente a mandare mail, messaggi, chiamare ma anche questa volta non sono MAI stata richiamata.
Per cui chiedo, qualcuno conosce un modo per poter contattare queste persone? Io le ho provate tutte ma non è bastato e dato che, quando si affitta, si pagano fior di soldi all’agenzia, il servizio dovrebbe corrispondere alla somma versata. In questo caso, purtroppo, non è assolutamente così.
I am very sorry but I feel compelled to write a negative review towards this agency. I am looking for an apartment for rent in the Empoli center area.
About a month ago they published an apartment in which I was very interested, I tried to contact them in any way but I NEVER was called back until the ad was then removed.
A few days ago I saw that another very interesting announcement was published (still online), so I started again to send mails, messages, calls but also this time I have NEVER been called back.
So I ask, does anyone know a way to contact these people? I have tried them all but it was not enough and since, when you rent, you pay good money to the agency, the service should correspond to the amount paid. In this case, unfortunately, this is absolutely not the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con noi é stato un successo completo: Sara ed Andrea gentili, disponibili [sempre], pazienti, educati, pro attivi ed intelligenti, come lavorare con un amico. Diego è stato per noi prezioso e cortese, pieno di consigli anche quando convenivano più a noi che a lui. Ci hanno seguito per mesi, dalla proposta al rogito sempre con un sorriso e le buone maniere. Forse per il prezzo suggerito con competenza, risultato vincente o per la rete di contatti vera ed utile, ma abbiamo concluso velocemente (anche troppo) e bene. In ogni lavoro ci vuole un po’ di fortuna, ma con noi ne avrebbero avuta davvero troppa: sono semplicemente bravi!
With us it was a complete success: Sara and Andrea were kind, helpful [always], patient, polite, pro active and intelligent, like working with a friend. Diego was precious and courteous to us, full of advice even when it suited us more than him. They followed us for months, from the proposal to the deed, always with a smile and good manners. Perhaps for the competently suggested price, winning result or for the true and useful network of contacts, but we concluded quickly (too much) and well. In every job you need a little luck, but with us they would have had too much: they are simply good!

Ho deciso per la seconda volta in 3 anni di affidarmi a Diego e a Francesco per l’affitto di un appartamento e non potevo fare una scelta migliore. Come sempre si sono dimostrati disponibili e organizzati.

The Serena Real Estate Studio is managed by extremely qualified, serious, professional and kind people. I decided for the second time in 3 years to trust Diego and Francesco to rent an apartment and I couldn't have made a better choice. As always, they proved to be available and organized.
My opinion is absolutely positive. I recommend it to anyone who has thought of contacting a real estate agency in Empoli.

Professionalità veramente ineccepibile, nella valutazione, nelle foto esposte, nella capacità di trovare acquirenti e nella gestione di tutti gli aspetti burocratici inerenti una vendita immobiliare. Oltre a questo mi preme sottolineare la cordialità e disponibilità che ho trovato nei dipendenti quanto nel titolare, che sono sempre stati a disposizione per qualsiasi chiarimento persino in consulenze esuli da quello che concerneva la mia vendita.
