Annunci non veritieri. Case ubicate altrove rispetto a ciò che propongono. Case dove usano "zona signorile" ma sfidiamo qualsiasi a definirla tale. 3 appuntamenti saltati. I primi due con scuse sembra dovute agli impegni dei proprietari cancellati i giorni stessi a poche ore dalla visita. L'ultimo ieri 18 settembre 2020 siamo partiti da Scandicci per Fibbiana vicino Empoli dopodiché per l'agenzia era tutto confermato invece nessuno dei proprietari sapeva niente. Nella casa da visitare non c'era nessuno ad aspettarci. Il Sig. Antonio dell'agenzia sembrava imbarazzato anche lui ma ciò non giustificava i nostri 60 km fatti inutilmente. Non ci hanno nemmeno richiamato per scusarsi. Non abbiamo parole. Professionalità zero. The title of our experience I would call it a "Midsummer Night's Dream". A real estate agency to be brave has to define it this way. Untrue ads. Homes located elsewhere than what propose. Homes where they use "stately area" but we challenge anyone to define it as such. 3 missed appointments. The first two with apologies seem to be due to the commitments of the owners canceled the same days a few hours after the visit. The last one yesterday 18 September 2020 we left Scandicci for Fibbiana near Empoli after which everything was confirmed for the agency but none of the owners knew anything. There was no one waiting for us in the house to visit. Mr. Antonio from the agency seemed embarrassed too but this did not justify our 60 km made uselessly. They didn't even call us back to apologize. We have no words. Zero professionalism.
O	Olivia Corsinovi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia per niente seria avevamo un appuntamento sabato mattina al quale la signora Anita oltre a non essersi presentata non ha neanche avvisato telefonicamente. Io sabato mattina ho chiamato ripetutamente sia il fisso che cellulare ma nessuno mi ha risposto, inoltre mi sono presentata di persona all'agenzia che doveva essere aperta ma in realtà era chiusa. Oggi ho chiamato tre volte cercando della signora Anita a distanza di mezz'ora, era sempre occupata e la collega ha pure detto che la signora mi aveva cercato per telefono e per messaggio, cosa non vera! Agency not at all serious we had an appointment on Saturday morning to which Mrs. Anita in addition to not having presented herself has not even notified by phone. On Saturday morning I repeatedly called both my landline and mobile phone but no one answered me, and I also presented myself to the agency which was supposed to be open but was actually closed. Today I called three times looking for Mrs. Anita at a distance of half an hour, she was always busy and the colleague also said that the lady had looked for me by phone and text, which is not true!
