L'immobile è pubblicizzato bene, ma in maniera discreta in modo da garantire la massima resa. Il portafoglio degli immobili è ampio e qualificato. Impossibile trovarsi a sorprese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire che la mia esperienza con l'agenzia Toni Alessandro, diversamente dall'ultima recensione negativa, è stata estremamente POSITIVA, secondo tutti i punti di vista.
Abbiamo iniziato a cercare la nostra nuova casa a Settembre '20 e ci siamo rivolti a tante agenzie, tutte radicate sul territorio, non i franchising.
Alessandro Toni conosce il mestiere, conosce tutti ad Empoli e di conseguenza conosce tutte le case in vendita. Ha recepito subito le nostre esigenze e ci ha mostrato quasi esclusivamente immobili di nostro effettivo interesse... sarà stata anche una fortunata coincidenza, ma dopo Tre mesi di ricerche e non meno di 40 immobili visionati (anche tramite altre agenzie) abbiamo scelto e poi acquistato la Prima casa mostrataci da Alessandro.
Anche la successiva fase di mediazione e trattativa con il venditore l'ha visto parte attiva e abbiamo concluso la negoziazione con reciproca soddisfazione da parte sia nostra che della parte venditrice.
Io lo raccomando... le agenzie locali sono a mio avviso più "sul pezzo" dei franchising e la Toni immobiliare lo è più di tutte.
I must say that my experience with the Toni Alessandro agency, unlike the last negative review, was extremely POSITIVE, from all points of view.
We started looking for our new home in September '20 and we turned to many agencies, all rooted in the area, not franchises.
Alessandro Toni knows the trade, he knows everyone in Empoli and consequently knows all the houses for sale. He immediately understood our needs and showed us almost exclusively properties of our actual interest ... it must have been a lucky coincidence, but after three months of research and no less than 40 properties viewed (also through other agencies) we chose and then bought the First house shown to us by Alexander.
The subsequent phase of mediation and negotiation with the seller also saw him as an active part and we concluded the negotiation with mutual satisfaction from both us and the seller.
I recommend it ... the local agencies are in my opinion more "on the spot" than the franchises and the real estate Toni is more than all.
