F	Freya Raja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing stay at Help Firenze, the flat was amazing, large and enough room for all of us. the utility cupboards have lots of things for you like spare sheets, cleaning supplies and almost anything you could need. The location in Luigi Salvatore was amazing, so close to the centre and to other shops such as the Esselunga which is very large and close to the shops and Help Firenze supplied me with shopping trolleys and umbrellas for when it was raining! The landlord is very attentive and kind, always replying to messages quickly and helping with problems quickly. The room I had was amazing with a large double bed and a spare duvet and pillows as well as a desk for working and a large balcony. The flat has a concierge who brings your packages and letters to you and is very friendly. Andrei also speaks english and italian so communication is never a problem. The rooms each have an individual key for safety. I would highly recommend staying here as I loved it and had almost no problems staying here. For anyone wanting to learn italian I would recommend Accademia Europa di Firenze which is very good and close to the Luigi Salvatore flat.

All the procedures are easy and safe, and everything that I needed was really close! I regret not getting to know them at first hand! Thanks for the wonderful stay! I definitely recommend! Additional Information: the furniture is excellent, the washer machine is superb, the beds are very comfortable, and the internet access is fast enough! The rooms are very spacious, so you wont get any claustrophobic feelings!

After almost half a year of waiting on my security deposit being paid back (I moved out on the 31st of July), I finally got it back. I had to write emails constantly (since my phone calls were not being accepted no matter how many times I called). This took a considerable amount of time and nerves, but now I am glad everything is resolved and wish the company all the best. I understand that the current pandemic situation is hard but I know that new people have moved into the flat so I know that there is no stop in income flow for the company. I left the apartment in a good condition (due to the pandemic I only stayed half of the time and paid full rent even though I was not there) and respected all contract terms.
