Ci sono ragnatele dappertutto ed inoltre un insetto ucciso sulla parete bianca della camera, rimasto ancora lì. Disgustoso. ASSOLUTAMENTE non consigliato. Terrible apartment! Lack of cleanliness, bad smells in all rooms, presence of MANY mold, tight spaces, dirty glass. There are cobwebs everywhere and also an insect killed on the white wall of the room, still there. Disgusting. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Bars, restaurants et à quelques pas du centre ville. Appartement propre, deux chambres, salles d’eau correctes. On pourra regretter l’absence d’isolation des fenêtres dans les chambres. La rue étant très passante et bruyante, les nuits ne sont pas de tout repos ! De même, un ventilateur dans les deux chambres serait appréciable. Toutefois, une adresse à retenir pour passer quelques jours dans cette magnifique ville de Florence. We spent 4 nights in an apartment at 51 Ghibellina Street. Great location because close to Santa Croce Square, all amenities. Bars, restaurants and a few steps from the city center. Clean apartment, two bedrooms, bathrooms correct. We can regret the lack of insulation of windows in the rooms. The street is very busy and noisy, the nights are not easy! Similarly, a fan in both bedrooms would be nice. However, an address to remember to spend a few days in this beautiful city of Florence.

Nuestra experiencia fue pésima: la primera noche nos morimos de frío porque el calefactor demoró dos días en calentar el espacio y encima, no dejaron frazadas. Nuestro departamento era un estudio para cuatro y tres, tuvimos que dormir en la misma cama porque había riesgo de que la cucheta se rompiera. No tiene tv ni microondas lo que hizo más pesada nuestra estadía. Te cobran 50 euros por la limpieza y entre 20 y 50 euros si llegás después de las 20 hs. Es carísimo para lo que ofrecen. Yo los contraté por despegar pero la pagina nunca me dejó hacer una reseña o valorar el alojamiento. Tampoco entiendo la costumbre de no decirte cuál es el número del departamento porque llegas y sin la ayuda de los vecinos, no sabés dónde te alojás! Si hubiera pagado poco no me quejaría pero fue carísimo como para aceptar esto. In January we stayed in these apartments. Our experience was terrible: the first night we died of cold because the heater took two days to heat the space and above, they left no blankets. Our apartment was a studio for four and three, we had to sleep in the same bed because there was a risk that the bunk would break. It has no TV or microwave which made our stay heavier. They charge you 50 euros for cleaning and between 20 and 50 euros if you arrive after 8 pm. It is very expensive for what they offer. I hired them for taking off but the page never let me review or rate the accommodation. I also don't understand the custom of not telling you what the apartment number is because you arrive and without the help of the neighbors, you don't know where you are staying! If I had paid little I would not complain but it was very expensive to accept this.

È vecchia, maleodorante, sporchissima e piena di muffa.il muro è sporco di sangue e il soffitto è pieno di ragnatele. La cosa bella è che chiedono 65 euro per delle pulizie che in realtà non fanno! Inoltre la ragazza che doveva accoglierci ci ha fatto aspettare quasi un’ora prima di presentarsi. Inutile dire che non ci tornerei per nulla al mondo e non lo consiglierei assolutamente a nessuno The structure is very different from that shown in the photos. Dalle foto sembra un appartamento carino ed essenziale, ma in realtà è sporchissimo, con posate unte, lenzuola vecchie e maleodoranti, per non parlare del bagno che non scarica. Le pareti presentano muffa e ragnatele, per concludere con l'ospitalità pessima, più di un ora ad aspettare di poter entrare e soprattutto i costi aggiuntivi che hanno chiesto per le pulizie, che da come ho visto non fanno, una vera presa in giro. Non consiglio questo posto, anzi non prenotate finché siete in tempo! "Beware of imitations", this is how it describes this "apartment" if you can call it that!
