★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo due anni devo modificare la recensione valvola Runxin è una cineseria da quattro soldi sostituita con una valvola clack ws1 usata e la resina dopo due anni inizia a perdere la sua efficacia tempi ridotti tra una rigenerazione e latra all’inizio con la valvola clack mi dava più di 3000 litri a 6 gradi oggi mi da 2500 a 9 gradi quindi anche la resina scadente .per non parlare dell assistenza (diciamo) che poi è sempre la stessa persona quando chiami più di una volta inizia sbottare a bestemmiare per delle spiegazioni.

Il signor Rino Vallese e’ stato, sia prima dell’acquisto che dopo, per le varie spiegazioni tecniche per l’attivazione e funzionamento dell’impianto veramente straordinario è sempre disponibile su ogni chiamata. Mi ha risposto anche quando la ditta era chiusa. E per questo lo ringrazio, è veramente molto molto serio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So che per fare una recensione su un addolcitore dovrebbe passare un po’ di tempo ma volevo rendere publica la prima impressione. Ho acquistato ad inizio settimana un addolcitore ADOLCINOX serie onda cabinato 12 lt. Dopo aver cercato in giro prezzi e qualità credo di aver trovato in ADOLCINOX tutte e due le cose. Monta una valvola RUNXIN la quale sembra che sia tra le migliori valvole in circolazione. Poi ho parlato con il sig. Rino e mi ha consigliato per un 12lt . Spedito dopo un giorno arrivato ben imballato e con tutte le istruzioni per poter avviarlo da solo. Così ho fatto e solo dopo averlo fatto partire L ho chiamato per sapere se tutte le mie operazioni erano state fatte correttamente. Per concludere comprato montato messo in funzione regolato la durezza desiderata e via .tutto davvero perfetto

Proprio ieri io e mio marito, non esperti del settore, abbiamo risolto grazie alle indicazioni telefoniche del sig. Rino un piccolissimo problema di posizionamento di una ventolina. Grazie al suo supporto in neanche 20 minuti abbiamo riavuto l'addolcitore funzionante con la soddisfazione di averlo fatto personalmente.
