La cordialità della/e operatrici telefoniche lascia molto a desiderare. I tecnici, seppur giovani, hanno comunque risolto il problema in un solo intervento. Time for maintenance work on the Viessman heat pump boiler under warranty over 3 weeks and after more reminders! The cordiality of the telephone operators leaves much to be desired. The technicians, although young, have in any case solved the problem in a single intervention.

Chiamato un altro tecnico e scopro che la caldaia ha due tubi letteralmente intasati dallo sporco. Ma che manutenzione è stata fatta in questi anni e soprattutto l'ultima volta alcune settimane fa? Boiler cleaned for a few years. After the last cleaning a few weeks ago, the system is switched on and the boiler does not send hot water. Called another technician and I find that the boiler has two pipes literally clogged with dirt. But what maintenance has been done in recent years and especially the last time a few weeks ago?
e	enzo de nardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sulla manutenzione ordinaria della mia caldaia,fatta dal vostro tecnico.Solamente che è proprio il tecnico, che non si limita a fare rapporto sul lavoro eseguito,ma va ad aggiungere commenti, osservazioni, e consigli su altre mie fonti di riscaldamento. Questo comportamento mi ha infastidito saluti Nothing to say about the ordinary maintenance of my boiler, done by your technician, only that it is the technician himself, who not only reports on the work performed, but adds comments, observations, and advice on my other heating sources. S	Sergio Zara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo scorso anno ho fatto installare...ahimè....Un impianto ibrido Veissmann. Dopo varie vicissitudini, il tecnico della Eliev, ditta incaricata da chi mi aveva venduto il tutto, la Rongadi, mi ha fatto il collaudo. Non so chi, ed io non sono tenuto a saperlo, nessuno mi ha accatastato l'impianto e non mi hanno rilasciato il libretto dell'impianto! Con la Eliev ho esteso la garanzia a 5 anni. Quest'anno, all'accensione, ho riscontrato un codice d'errore nella pompa di calore. Ho chiamato la Eliev, che tra l'altro doveva farmi il controllo annuale, ogni giorno, mattimo e pomeriggio, per circa 10 giorni. Ogni volta rispondeva una persona diversa, che mi diceva che avrebbe avvisato il tecnico e mi avrebbe richiamato....mai successo! Capisco che venire da Dolo era un viaggio impegnativo, ma non li ho scelti io, era semplicemente la ditta scelta dalla Rongadi...bella associazione! Ho interessato una ditta Veissmann Partner di Padova, il cui personale, veramente competente, è rimasto allibito dal lavoro effettuato. Morale, ho fatto togliere tutto e fatto installare la sola caldaia come previsto dalle specifiche Veissmann. Naturalmente, ho scritto alla casa madre in Germania per spiegare il tutto....semplicemente vergognoso.... Last year I had ... alas .... A Veissmann hybrid system installed. Each time a different person answered, who told me that he would notify the technician and call me back .... never happened! I understand that coming from Dolo was a demanding journey, but I didn't choose them, it was simply the company chosen by Rongadi ... beautiful association! I interested a Veissmann Partner company in Padua, whose staff, really competent, was stunned by the work carried out. Moral, I had everything removed and installed only the boiler as required by the Veissmann specifications. Of course, I wrote to the parent company in Germany to explain the whole thing .... just shameful ....

Ad oggi febbraio 2021 devono ancora contattarmi. After servicing the boiler in September 2020 a leak was found and a polyphosphate filter to install. As of February 2021 they still have to contact me.
