★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scambiano dei pilomatricomi per dei "neretti" ed insistono nel volerli togliere con la pinzetta per punti neri schiacciandoli e "spremendoli" con i mugugni di dolore di chi doveva sopportare il tutto. Per fortuna siamo andati a Padova e con un paio di piccoli interventi chirurgici sono stati asportati (i relativi esami istologici hanno confermato essere pilomatricomi). Episodio accaduto alcuni anni fa.

 They exchange pilomatricomas for "bolds" and insist on wanting to remove them with the blackhead tweezers by squeezing and "squeezing" them with the groans of pain of those who had to endure it all. Luckily we went to Padua and with a couple of small surgeries they were removed (the relative histological examinations confirmed to be pilomatricomas). Episode that happened a few years ago.
Given the experience, NEVER AGAIN HERE

L'accoglienza del personale è cordiale e professionale, soprattutto in questo periodo di emergenza sanitaria. Ho apprezzato molto l'attenzione e la cura nel far adottare e rispettare ai pazienti le norme di prevenzione e protezione previste. Consiglio vivamente di affidarsi all'ambulatorio della Dott.ssa Favaro sia per la qualità dei servizi offerti che per la professionalità.
I had the opportunity to attend the surgery for various needs. Doctors are very helpful and meticulous during the visits. I was very satisfied with the results obtained. The reception of the staff is cordial and professional, especially in this period of medical emergency. I really appreciated the attention and care in getting patients to adopt and respect the prevention and protection rules provided. I highly recommend relying on Dr. Favaro's surgery both for the quality of the services offered and for the professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato più di mezz'ora, posso capirlo ma almeno ci si scusa. Stavano pulendo gli studi mentre facevo il peeling, mi è sembrato veramente poco cortese e professionale. Era la prima esperienza con peeling, quindi non esprimo pareri sull'operato della Dott.ssa Albertin, che mi è sembrata competente.
I waited more than half an hour, I can understand that but at least we apologize. They were cleaning the studios while I was doing the peel, it felt really unprofessional and courteous to me. It was the first experience with peeling, so I do not express opinions on the work of Dr. Albertin, who seemed competent to me.

Le operatrici alle reception sono bravissime, professionali e gentili tanto da mettere a proprio agio i pazienti. Nonostante per me sia un po' scomodo raggiungerlo, confesso che il disagio passa in secondo piano rispetto all'attenzione ricevuta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per una esfoliazione/pulizia al viso da giudicare assolutamente insufficiente. Mi hanno fatto aspettare in ambulatorio da sola per moltissimo per poi farmi un trattamento brevissimo e di scarsa qualità, fatto pagare profumatamente. Mai più.
I went for an exfoliation / cleansing of the face to be judged absolutely insufficient. They made me wait in the clinic alone for a very long time and then give me a very short and poor quality treatment, made to pay handsomely. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sui trattamenti che, a mio avviso, sono efficaci ed eseguiti con apparecchiature all'avanguardia e igiene. PUNTO CRITICO GLI ORARI: non sono MAI stata servita puntualmente dalle dott.sse. Magari con meno appuntamenti riuscirebbero a dare un servizio più completo.
Nothing to say about the treatments which, in my opinion, are effective and performed with state-of-the-art equipment and hygiene. CRITICAL POINT THE HOURS: I have NEVER been punctually served by the doctors. Maybe with fewer appointments they would be able to give a more complete service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato all'Ambulatorio per una ciste formatasi sul viso. Sono stato visitato e seguito dalla dott.ssa Favaro, che nell'arco delle varie sedute è stata sempre molto gentile, attenta e disponibile nei miei confronti.
Inoltre il personale dell'ambulatorio è sempre stato cortese ed attento, soprattutto durante questo periodo di emergenza sanitaria.
I went to the clinic for a cyst formed on the face. I was visited and followed by Dr. Favaro, who throughout the various sessions was always very kind, attentive and helpful towards me.
Furthermore, the clinic staff has always been courteous and attentive, especially during this period of health emergency.
