★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arriva all'appuntamento un loro consulente con la fretta di fargli avere delle pentole si è messo ai fornelli ad accendere il fuoco senza chiedere, colando la caraffa brita in plastica...niente la notte dopo la caraffa si è crepata rompendosi, facendo fuoriuscire l'intero contenuto sul piano della cucina, facendolo gonfiare, ridotto da buttare...morale della favola.. il servizio clienti ha negato la vicenda, rigettando la nostra richiesta di apertura sinistro presso una loro assicurazione, la cosa più semplice da fare visto l'incidente ma soprattutto la cosa più corretta e seria da fare. Quindi fra caraffa e piano mi devo tenere un danno da 700 euro? Purtroppo sì, ma invece ho preso un legale e la vicenda non è finita qui! Se questa è la serietà di un azienda iniziamo bene, come fidarsi a comprare loro prodotti?
