★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I both agree, our day spent at Adler was the second best day of our lives (only second to our wedding and even then it's a tight race!). We arrived in the morning with a full day of treatments ahead of us. We spent our first hour in the large, heated pool - it was amazing! I love the indoor / outdoor design. We did a mud treatment, couples wine massage (wine, massage and a bath in brunello), the salt grotto / float and I had a facial. All were wonderful! When we weren't in treatments, we were enjoying the many different saunas and pools. The staff were incredible- I felt like a queen! Lunch is served upstairs from the spa and was incredibly delicious. I really hope we can come back someday and stay at the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was chosen by us after we spent a week in Adler Ritten. I can say quite honestly that it was a good choice, it represents one of the hallmarks of hospitality for a spa resort. Staff has been helpful in every occasion and the overall quality from the SPA to the room size and the food were conform to the quality we expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent. We had the basic plan, for 169€, which included a massage, salt bath, all the pools and saunas. We enjoyed every segment of the place. Classy, friendly staff, good quality, and very enjoyable. The dolce and fruit salad break in the afternoon is a nice touch. Wish there was one in my home city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I spent the first few days of our Italian honeymoon here, and we loved every minute of it. The staff was very friendly and made us feel like royalty. We were thoroughly impressed with how well-kept the grounds were and how many different activities were offered. This is a great place for anybody looking to unwind and live la bella vita. Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute paradise. Staff does everything to make you feel relaxed. Beste service we’ve ever had in Europe, and we’ve been to quite a few 5-star hotels. We enjoyed the half-board for 4 nights. Dinner is good, although we got a little bit bored of the kitchen after 3 nights. Huge wine list with excellent wines that, if not finished, will wait on your table the next day.
Rooms are beautiful, cool, spacious, quite, and extremely clean. The only thing that we didn’t like so much was the sensor that made a clicking noise and turned on a light with every movement, also during night. We solved this problem by covering the sensor with towels.
The hot spring bath was super en the heated pool with wild river excellent.
I loved the serenity and quietness of the whole place. Money well spent, will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honeymoon stay, amazing location, service was great, they treated Americans warmly compared to the northern cities, steam room sauna just needs towel stations instead of having to walk to reception for exchanging wet towels for dry ones
