★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed by the real encounter like presented online,very small rooms with very cheap furniture,very tight spaces everywhere but acceptable for a nights stay.Even breakfast area very small situated underground level without windows and strong artificial light .For sure not to recommend if you there to enjoy Tuscany having nearby other places like the sister Hotel Capitano (same Management) at just few 100 meters,that one is very recommendable .Price was acceptable with breakfast included.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service, beautiful location, very romantic rooms. However, the bed in our room was terrible. I prefer a hard bed but this was almost impossible to sleep on. Other than that I had a wonderful experience here.

The hotel will give you a 10% discount for the best trattoria in town.
Has parking space for 10 euro.
The town itself is a one hour tour at most, but it has a nice gelato place, nice bar in the center, and a very nice trattoria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pleasant surprise!!! This place was part of our trip to Tuscany. We decided to check in places by feeling and without pre organize anything. It's been a beautiful week trip by car.
This tiny luxury hotel is strategically located in San Quirico d'Orcia, in the middle of one of the most beautiful area in Italy and along the famous Francigena Road (check it on Google if you don't know what is).
The hotel stuff was extremely helpful and kind, the room big, beautifully decorated with a big bathroom and our private garden!
The breakfast included had many local food and on top of everything we had a 10% discount at Trattoria Toscana in town (excellent) and a gift box from one of the local shops! It turned out to be a bag full of handmade cantucci ?
Highly recommended!!
We will definitely come back ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed by this hotel.
The room was not clean (dead mosquitos on the desk) the wifi was very slow (it did not load some pages, but that’s not so important). The thing that was really annoying is that for check out, you need to walk all the way to the center of the village because they don’t have a reception at the “villa” and you need to check out at their other hotel palazzo. And it’s not accessible by car. So we lost 30 min just to pay the city taxe of 2€. This is not up to the standards of a 4 star hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. We had booked a different hotel within the old town and the staff decided to "upgrade" us to this one. It is outside the city walls on an ugly street. They charged us extra for our small dog (20euros!) and 10euros to be allowed to park our bikes in front of the hotel (which wasn't even locked. Our AC didn't work and we slept very badly because it was so hot. We mentionned it the next day with no other response than a sorry smile. The breakfast was average. Next time we will try not to support these guys, which is hard enough since they seem to own every hotel around this town...
