not spicel but nice people and nice service. clean and simple.
we even stayd 2 nights and they gave us a very nice price for it. nice stuff
the resturant nearby not recomended at all. good food but owfull service.

β β β β β Nice hotel but a bit remote from other restaurants and bars. Kept awake by mysterious noise in the room which I could not locate the source of. Staff very nice and helpful.

β β β β β This place is fine. Seems like they were doing renovations when I was there so I got woke up by the sound of hammers. I don't think that it is the type of place that you would spend your day in but it's a confortable place to sleep at night. Staff is friendly and efficient.

β β β β β Stayed at this hotel only for one night. The AC (air conditioning) wasn't working. It was around 44Β° Celius outside. We complained to the front desk. They sent someone to verify and said it was now working. When we came back it was still very warm in the room and impossible to sleep. Therefore, we went to front desk again and they finally changed our room for two rooms. One room was acceptable, the other (which I stayed in with my wife) wasn't working at all. My wife slept on the lobby sofa of the 2nd floor and I stayed in the room with Windows open, sleepless all night. Simply because we wanted to avoid a confrontation whilst on vacation. In the morning, my wife explained the situation to lady at the front desk. The lady was completely oblivious to our di-satisfaction and to this matter. In nut shell, and without going into details about another incident for dinner. In conclusion, the staff is basically very cold and somewhat arrogant, and not very welcoming. I don't recommend this hotel, even if it was the last place available in Italy. It was my first and last time in this region of Tuscany... Go to the city of Florence and Siena instead..Much more pleasant people and better service.

β β β β β Staff were very friendly and the hotel provided a great breakfast spread. Located at the edge of town, the area was calm and serene. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

β β β β β Perfect location. Beautiful hotel. The pool is great! The rooms are clean but a bit older. The espresso is highly recommended! I'll be back, I liked it.
