★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a puncture less inner tube, went back fitted it. It had a puncture, it did not reseal. Went back after 30mins or trying to sort this to find the shop shut. Also shut for the following 2days. Not pleased.
"It is certainly unfair to receive this comment." Really? you think selling a broken innertube then shutting up shop for two days is fair? I did call the number, you or whoever didn't pick up.
If you don't want reviews like this, improve your service and you attitude towards customers complaints.

attitude are even better. Very reasonable prices and we even got a discount without asking :) Bike routes are available on your cell phone and the road to Montecello and Pienza was just beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing day out with ebikes from this place. The people at the shop are very knowledgeable and friendly. The bikes were well kept and worked very well. There are a lot of routes starting from Bagno Vignoni and we chose their 'Excellent Montalcino' itinerary which was amazing, took about 4 hours and even had time for a glass of wine in Montalcino. Would definitely have rented again if we'd stayed a little longer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were able to get 2 bikes last minute for a half-a-day trip and we were so delighted! The service was excellent, from bike prep to tour advice. The bike was very well equipped and offering fresh water was such a great idea. Also, we followed their recommendation for lunch and it was a nice place with good food.
