★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic experience! Steffi & Jon were both extremely helpful in providing quick mechanical help as we had a broken spoke on our way to Rome. Within an hour they had fixed it, at a great price, and with great conversation along the way. I couldn't recommended them highly enough, they go the extra mile for their customers. Thanks again guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excessive prices for the service offered (we wanted a bike for 4 hours and they wanted to charge us 45 euros full day price). The bikes were dirty and some pieces missing. The app they offer you is basically a cycling app (kamoot). Office closes at 2.30pm in this season so it's not very convenient.
P.s. we found half the price, top quality bikes and super nice owner in garage Bucci in San Quirico, highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stephanie is a soft skills master. Super welcoming, helpful, kind, adaptable. Outstanding service. Bikes are upper level too, very efficient and reliable, convenient as most of them have small phone bags and speakers integrated. Perfect place to rent your bikes. Don’t hesitate really ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this lady. A month ago, we booked two bicycles, and when we arrived, she gave them to us first, and then she literally stole them from us when a group of Italians arrived. I wholeheartedly recommend Vintage tours Pienza who saved our vacation by giving us his bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrific. The owner Steffi gave us everything we needed to do a self-guided day-long tour of the picture-perfect Tuscan countryside. She was warm and accommodating and spoke fluent English. Steffi tailored the tour to the likes and abilities of the group. The beautiful route fulfilled every expectation. The e-bikes were in terrific condition. (If you're not a regular biker, you will want an e-bike for the hills.) Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to rent a bike. The best. Fantastic owner with a lot of energy. She always has a lot of ideas about the bike routes around Pienza. E-bike were fantastic. We are very good cyclists and we normally use traditional bikes, however taking account the Tuscany landform and temperature e-bikes were great solution. Thanks to e-bike we could take long trips and feel the real Tuscany - as the part of this land. It is important to highlight that during bikes trips there is no necessity to look for parking and you can wine tasting :) Thank you Steffi for good tips and for everything ?
