★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the name suggests, not an Roman aqueduct, but a medieval one. Built by King Manfred of Sicily in 1256 -- though not by him personally, most likely. This was quite a technical feat and it highlighted and reinforced the importance of Sulmona in the Swabian period.
