Quello che più mi ha colpito è l'atmosfera che si respira in kwoon (palestra in cinese) Non una semplice palestra ma un posto dove conoscere e approcciare le arti marziali orientali a 360 gradi. Il sifu Cangelosi è un'istituzione nel suo campo e lo si capisce da quello che sa trasmettere durante le lezioni. Oltre a questo, un ambiente familiare, un bel gruppo e insegnanti preparati pronti ad aiutare in qualunque momento. E poi c'è Valter! un vero valore aggiunto. Consigliata per chi vuole crescere dal punto di vista personale, atletico e mentale. I have been attending Master Cangelosi's school for three years now. What can I say ... looking back I'm really happy with the choice. What struck me most is the atmosphere you breathe in kwoon (Chinese gym). Not a simple gym but a place to get to know and approach oriental martial arts at 360 degrees. Sifu Cangelosi is an institution in its field and it can be understood from what it knows how to transmit during lessons. In addition to this, a family atmosphere, a nice group and trained teachers ready to help at any time. And then there's Valter! a real added value. Lezioni che si svolgono sempre con istruttori preparati e che si dedicano agli allievi dei diversi livelli con continuità e grande passione. Con la presenza costante e preziosa del Sifu Cangelosi. I have been attending the kwoon for just over a year and following the Tai chi chuan course. I was welcomed, followed and placed in a good working group. L	Leonardo C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, dopo 5 anni passati lì a fare kung fu mi sembra decisamente una grandissima presa in giro continua. Situazioni assurde.. Il maestro della scuola -per il quale c'è una sorta di mitizzazione con tanto di aneddoti a dir poco fantasiosi- lo avrò visto forse 20 volte in 5 anni, allenandomi ogni settimana tutto l'anno. Gli altri istruttori quando non vengono cacciati per essere scoperti ad allenarsi da altre parti insegnano le stesse forme in modi diversi improvvisando il programma di volta in volta -ci sarebbe in teoria un programma, ma non viene mai seguito-, lezioni che saltano continuamente o ritardi di oltre 1 ora, tutto assolutamente disorganizzato.. Devo però riconoscere che i primi due anni ho imparato qualcosina di interessante per quanto riguarda la meditazione durante alcune lezioni dedicate. Segnalo nella stessa sede la palestra del figlio Shan atleta di alto livello, dove si insegna Boxe tailandese e dove la qualità mi è sempre sembrata molto più alta. However, I must admit that the first two years I learned a little something interesting about meditation during some dedicated lessons. I would like to point out in the same location the gym of son Shan, a high level athlete, where Thai boxing is taught and where the quality has always seemed much higher to me.
