★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra si trova in un posto perfetto, vicina al centro e facile da raggiungere. Lo staff ti fa lavorare seriamente, insegnandoti uno stile di autodifesa utilissimo, in tutta sicurezza e facendoti divertire. Gli esercizi non trattano solo l' autodifesa ma lasciano molto spazio anche al Cardio e allo Stretching, importantissimi per qualsiasi sport.
Infine l' ambiente è il piú amichevole e tranquillo che abbia trovato praticando sport a Genova, ci si inserisce facilmente in un gruppo di persone gentili e disponibili.
Consiglio vivamente una settimana di prova a tutti gli "stoici da palestra".
The gym is located in a perfect place, close to the center and easy to reach. The staff makes you work seriously, teaching you a very useful self-defense style, in complete safety and making you have fun. The exercises do not only deal with self defense but they also leave a lot of space for cardio and stretching, which are very important for any sport.
Finally, the environment is the most friendly and peaceful I have found practicing sport in Genoa, it fits easily into a group of kind and helpful people.
I highly recommend a week's trial to all gym stoics.
