★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We couldn't even see the gym and the reps tried to make us get the 40min sale pitch just to be able to see the gym... complete and utter lack of customer service!
Needless to say that I'm not setting foot there again and I wouldn't recommend anyone spending their money at this "gym"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym itself is fair for the price of 30€/month, but not more. The number of machines is not big. There is no instructor in the hall of weightlifting exercises. The staff is unfriendly for English speaking clients, except Francesca, she and Enzo (the cleaner) are the brightest parts of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to sign up for the gym, but the staff in charge of sales only spoke Italian and refused to show me the facility saying we would have to pay first and see later. Terrible customer service and absolutely turned us off, but apparently we are not the only ones as there are many similar reviews. Management is either blind or they don’t want to make money. Either way it’s unfortunately typical Italian style to treat English speakers this way. This place is a joke and makes no effort for its customers even if they want to give them their money. Beware
