 One of the very few bodybuilding gyms but which still offers various courses for those not interested in weights. huge engine room, really complete equipment and real non-committed instructors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra molto grande e fornita. Possiede doppioni di molti macchinari evitando code e affollamento. Buona varietà di corsi offerti e spogliatoi ben tenuti e puliti. Manca l'aria condizionata ma compensa con due ventilatori a soffitto. Prezzi in linea con il mercato.
Very large and equipped gym. It has duplicates of many machines avoiding queues and crowding. Good variety of courses offered and well maintained and clean changing rooms. There is no air conditioning but compensates with two ceiling fans. Prices in line with the market.

Personale per la maggior parte simpatico e ben disposto.
Contro : Palestra lasciata un po' a chi la vive , mancanza di regole e di qualcuno che le faccia rispettare. Spesso mancanza di civiltà.
Suggerimento al proprietario: essere più rigorosi sui regolamenti. Far si che non vengano urlate frasi e discorsi sgradevoli di tipo politico/sociale/economico/personale. La palestra dovrebbe essere un punto di ritrovo e di incontro, non di scontro di fazioni politiche o insulti razzisti.
Pros: Large and well-stocked gym, almost all machines present twice and in good condition.
Staff for the most part nice and well disposed.
Cons: Gym left a bit to those who live it, lack of rules and someone to enforce them. Often lack of civilization.
Tip to the owner: be stricter on regulations. Make sure that no unpleasant political / social / economic / personal phrases and speeches are shouted. The gym should be a meeting and meeting point, not a clash of political factions or racist insults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima per chi fa il bodybuilding, molto ampia e ha quasi tutte le macchine in doppia disposizione ? ma non solo, ha anche la sala con i varie corsi come trx, pilates, stretching, aerobica e cc.
Excellent for those who do bodybuilding, very large and has almost all the machines in double disposition ? but not only, it also has a room with various courses such as trx, pilates, stretching, aerobics and cc.
