Io e il mio fidanzato cercavamo qualcosa che potesse appassionarci, metterci alla prova e farci imparare a difendersi in caso di necessità. Non solo abbiamo trovato questo, non solo gli insegnanti sono estremamente capaci e attenti. Il krav maga non è solo difesa, è un atteggiamento mentale. Gli insegnanti trasmettono un approccio alla vita differente: essere presenti e cauti ma una volta che ci si sente sicuri dare il massimo e, se possibile, divertirsi. Infine, ciò che rende davvero speciale e unica la nostra palestra, è il nostro gruppo, istruttori e allievi, io non ho potuto fare a meno di affezionarmi a ogni singolo membro che ho conosciuto. Venite a fare una prova! I hadn't been practicing for years when I started krav maga here. My boyfriend and I were looking for something that could excite us, put us to the test and make us learn to defend ourselves in case of need. Not only have we found this, not only are the teachers extremely capable and attentive. Krav maga is not just defense, it is a mental attitude. Teachers convey a different approach to life: being present and cautious, but once you feel confident, you should give your best and, if possible, have fun. Finally, what makes our gym really special and unique is our group, instructors and students, I couldn't help but become attached to every single member I met. Come and try it!

L'approccio di questa disciplina è molto rigido ma non viene mai meno l'attenzione alla sicurezza degli allievi, infatti durante la lezione, le tecniche di combattimento vengono snocciolate in tutti i loro aspetti favorendo così l'apprendimento. Ultimo, ma non per importanza , è la propensione degli istruttori a creare un gruppo affiatato con il quale trovare anche momenti di leggerezza che dopo una giornata di lavoro non guastano mai. Insomma non posso non dare un giudizio nel complesso estremamente positivo e invitarvi a provare voi stessi. I chose this school, among the several available in Genoa, because, when I contacted the instructors for information, they immediately inquired about my needs and then advised me on the most suitable path. The approach of this discipline is very rigid but the attention to the safety of the students never fails, in fact during the lesson, the fighting techniques are pitted in all their aspects thus favoring learning. Last, but not least, is the propensity of the instructors to create a close-knit group with which to find moments of lightness that never hurt after a day's work. In short, I cannot fail to give an extremely positive opinion on the whole and invite you to try it yourself.

L'allenamento psicofisico e duro, così come ce lo si aspetta in un corso di difesa personale. Le tecniche molteplici... Alcune più semplici, altre un po' più complicate.
