M	MALVEZZI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scuola è sita all'interno dell'Artis, quindi la struttura è bella e curata. Inoltre comodissima poichè in pieno centro. Il corso è particolarmente accurato e grazie alle ottime capacità degli istruttori, riescono a convivere e partecipare attivamente sia allievi beginners che atleti più allenati. Ulteriore pregio e' l'orario del corso . Pausa pranzo comoda e divertente. The school is located within the Artis, so the structure is beautiful and well-kept. Also very convenient as in the center. The course is particularly accurate and thanks to the excellent skills of the instructors, both beginners and more trained athletes can live and actively participate. Further value is the course schedule. Comfortable and fun lunch break.

Ottimi i due maestri "Alessandro e Carlo" che con grande naturalezza riescono da subito ad integrare i nuovi con i vecchi allievi in una atmosfera amichevole...ma allo stesso tempo "molto...ma molto professionale"!! Credetemi...non e' da tutti!! Ottimi i compagni. Felice quindi di fare parte di questo gruppo dove ognuno aiuta l'altro a crescere. Ovviamente la preparazione fisica e' ottima così come lo e' l'efficacia della disciplina che trasmette una grande sicurezza!! A marzo compirò il mio primo anno di felice frequentazione. Posso confermare con piacere, considerando la mia lunga esperienza di arti marziali, che i due Maestri Carlo e Alessandro, sono professionali, parlano e spiegano in modo sensato ed equilibrato, quando seguo la loro pratica faccio conto di non avere mai fatto nulla e cominciare da zero, e posso solo apprezzare la loro professionalità. Istruttori tecnicamente di altissima preparazione e dalla spessa esperienza, hanno la capacità umana, non comune, di accogliere ed integrare negli allenamenti l'ultimo arrivato accanto agli allievi di livello consolidato. L'ambiente é ottimale: durante gli allenamenti si viene a crea sinergia tra istruttori e allievi dovuta alla vicendevole passione per la pratica, la grande umiltà e responsabilità nell'insegnarla e nell'acquisirla. La consiglio a chiunque abbia il proposito di voler allenare il proprio fisico, di voler gestire al meglio situazioni improvvise ...in ultimo estendere le proprie capacità sensoriali oltre il piano fisico. Ho trovato dei grandi maestri, armati di un'immensa pazienza con la capacità di trasmetterti la loro passione verso questa disciplina. Pronta ad iniziare questa nuova stagione con i compagni di corso che dal primo giorno sono riusciti a farmi sentire parte del gruppo e mi hanno aiutato e supportato. Un ambiente ideale per il fisico e la mente. I learned about the self defense course while I was looking for something that was different from the usual courses offered in the lunch break. I found some great masters, armed with immense patience with the ability to pass on their passion for this discipline. Ready to start this new season with my classmates who from the first day managed to make me feel part of the group and helped and supported me. An ideal environment for the body and mind.

Aiuta a far crescere autostima ed equilibrio in un ambiente sereno e amichevole, grazie a insegnanti molto preparati e professionali e ad un gruppo di persone amiche con cui condividere questa esperienza Dopo tre anni di frequentazione confermo quanto sopra. I compagni di allenamento, uomini e donne con più o meno esperienza, si supportano in un clima sereno e ricco di amicizia e rispetto. Il tutto grazie ai due Maestri Carlo ed Alessandro, tecnicamente preparatissimi e dotati di grande pazienza. Sono esigente sia come maestri che come gruppo. Dopo pochi mesi di esperienza devo ringraziare entrambi, massima professionalità i maestri, delicati e non giudicanti i compagni di gruppo, più esperti e non. Sembra che serva solo dal punto di vista fisico, in realtà, forse più per le donne, agisce enormemente su quello mentale. Grazie a a prestissimo. I knew Krav Maga because a friend teaches it in Milan. But having moved to Genoa, I no longer took it into consideration. I am demanding both as a teacher and as a group. After a few months of experience I have to thank both of them, maximum professionalism the masters, delicate and non-judgmental the group mates, more experienced and not. It seems to be useful only from the physical point of view, in reality, perhaps more for women, it acts enormously on the mental one. Thanks to very soon.

Tuttavia il bilancio ad oggi è decisamente positivo, vuoi per la capacità di coinvolgimento dei Maestri che hanno saputo farmi apprezzare la disciplina, vuoi per la validità degli Allievi, un gruppo eterogeneo ma decisamente compatto e sempre aperto verso coloro che si avvicinano al mondo del krav. Da non sottovalutare l'utilità delle tecniche di autodifesa, oltre ai molteplici benefici derivanti dagli allenamenti. Consigliato!! My experience started in October 2018, actually more to test the opportunity offered me to do physical activity during lunchtime rather than for a direct interest in krav maga.
