Il luogo è pulito, spazioso e rilassante, mentre ti alleni passi un'ora del tuo tempo in un modo sano e piacevole. Insomma, è un posto dove tira un'ottima aria, val la pena provare, alla fine diventi un affezionato che sceglie di restare. The gym staff is nice, knowledgeable, serious. The place is clean, spacious and relaxing, while you work out you spend an hour of your time in a healthy and pleasant way. Ma soprattutto ambiente informale e molto amichevole. Per chi vuole, vengono organizzate con gli allievi molte attività per creare gruppo e per divertirsi insieme all'insegna del sport. Al suo interno é presente una zona per l'allenamento funzionale attrezzata con rig, anelli, trx, bilancieri olimpici, bumpers e kettlebells di varia pezzatura. Non sono da meno l'area macchine con moltissimi attrezzi aerobici. Assolutamente consigliata sia ai novizi che ai più esperti del mondo dell'allenamento.
